Basic Information
Archer is a 5-star Quantum Hunt character in Honkai: Star Rail, performing as a main damage dealer with high burst damage from frequent Skill usage. His kit revolves around using his Skill as much as possible to deal damage. If Archer uses his Skill, his turn will not end, and he can use the Skill again given that the Skill Point is at least 2 or Archer has not used his Skill 5 times. Additionally, whenever he uses his Ultimate, he gains 2 Charges that can be used to launch a Follow-up ATK whenever an ally attacks an enemy and gain 1 Skill Point. His combat style focuses on launching his Skill as many times as possible during a single turn, so you will need to have his supports/teammates act (generating SP or giving damage amplification) before he does.

This effect can be stacked up to 2 times, lasting until he exits the "Circuit Connection" state. After actively using his Skill 5 time(s) or when there are insufficient Skill Points, using his Skill again causes him to exit the "Circuit Connection" state. Exits the "Circuit Connection" state after all enemy targets have been defeated in each wave.

When Archer's teammate attacks an enemy target, Archer consumes 1 Charge and immediately launches Follow-up ATK on the primary target, dealing Quantum DMG equal to 200% of Archer's ATK and recovering 1 Skill Point. If the target is defeated before this Follow-up ATK is launched, the Follow-up ATK will be directed at one random enemy instead.
