HSR 3.4 New Characters
Phainon
Phainon is a 5-star Physical character following the Path of Destruction in Honkai: Star Rail performing as a main damage dealer in hypercarry teams. He gains a stack of Coreflame through his kit instead of Energy to use his Ultimate. Once he reaches a certain number of Coreflame, he can use his Ultimate to enter a Territory, departs all allies except for himself, gains a self-buff and has 3 different abilities. Additionally, after doing a certain number of fixed turns, he will leave the Territory and deal damage that is distributed evenly to all enemies.
His combat style is focused on having his supports buffing him outside of his Territory to gain stacks of Coreflame to use his Ultimate quicker. After he entered his Territory, all buffs obtained outside of his Ultimate will not decrease in duration, making him deal more damage during his fixed turns.

Saber
Saber is a 5-star Wind Destruction character in Honkai: Star Rail, performing as a main damage dealer with high burst damage from frequent Ultimate usage. Her kit revolves around using her Ultimate as much as possible to deal damage. Additionally, she also gains energy and Core Resonance stacks whenever any ally uses an Ultimate. Core Resonance also increases Saber’s damage dealt. Her combat style focuses on gaining Core Resonance stacks via her Skill, Enhanced Basic ATK, and any ally’s Ultimate.

Archer
Archer is a 5-star Quantum Hunt character in Honkai: Star Rail, performing as a main damagedealer with high burst damage from frequent Skill usage. His kit revolves around using his Skill as much as possible to deal damage. If Archer uses his Skill, his turn will not end, and he can use the Skill again given that the Skill Point is at least 2 or Archer has not used his Skill 5 times. Additionally, whenever he uses his Ultimate, he gains 2 Charges that can be used to launch a Follow-up ATK whenever an ally attacks an enemy and gain 1 Skill Point. His combat style focuses on launching his Skill as many times as possible during a single turn, so you will need to have his supports/teammates act (generating SP or giving damage amplification) before he does.
