Hugo is an S-Rank Ice Attack Agent and the partner of Vivian. He uses a briefcase that transforms into a scythe, enabling both melee and ranged attacks. His combat style emphasizes burst damage and synergy with Stun mechanics. If Hugo’s EX Special Attack or Ultimate hits a Stunned enemy, it activates Totalize, which increases Hugo’s Attack DMG based on the remaining Stun duration and immediately ends the Stunned state and inflicts Daze on the target.
