Throws a scythe forward, slash and then shoot, dealing Ice DMG.


Holding  during the shooting allows for Charging, triggering a Charged Shot.


When Hugo’s shooting attacks hit enemies, he gains 1 stack of [Charge]; Charged Shots grant an additional stack of [Charge].

 

Can accumulate up to 6 stacks of [Charge].


Activating [Chain Attack] or [Ultimate] consumes all [Charge] stacks, restoring 2 Energy per stack.


During this move, interruption level is increased.

When [EX Special Attack: Charged EX Special Attack] hits an enemy in a Stunned state, it triggers the [Reckoning] effect.


[Reckoning] increases the skill’s damage multiplier based on the enemy’s remaining Stun duration at the time of activation:


Base damage multiplier increase: +1000%


If the remaining Stun duration is ≤5s, the skill’s multiplier increases by +445% per second.


If the remaining Stun duration is between 5s and 15s, the skill’s multiplier increases by +180% per second.


The total maximum damage increase is +5025%.


If the enemy has already taken damage from [Chain Attack] or [Ultimate], the next [Reckoning] effect increases [EX Special Attack: Charged EX Special Attack] damage by 33% or 56%, respectively.


[Reckoning] immediately ends the enemy’s Stun state upon activation.

 

  • Additional Ability

 

When another character in your squad is a Stun or Support character:

 

Hugo’s Ice DMG increases by 25%. If an enemy exits its Stun state due to [Reckoning], a portion of their lost Stun duration is converted into Daze accumulation:


For each second of Unbalance duration remaining, the enemy accumulates 6% of their max Daze. The maximum Daze accumulation is 30% of the enemy’s max Daze value.

1. PlaceHolder

 

Upon entering combat, Hugo immediately gains 1500 Decibel Ratings, which can be triggered once every 180 seconds. When [EX Special Attack: Charged EX Special Attack] hits an enemy in a Stun state and triggers the [Reckoning] effect, it also triggers the [Absorption] effect. The amount of Decibel Ratings gained depends on the remaining duration of the enemy’s Stun state at the moment of triggering [Absorption]. For every 1 second remaining, 100 Decibel Ratings are gained, up to a maximum of 500 points. This effect can be triggered once every 20 seconds.


2. PlaceHolder

 

When [Ultimate] hits an enemy in a Stun state, it triggers the [Reckoning] effect, but does not immediately end the Stun state. Instead, the remaining duration of the enemy’s Stun state increases the damage multiplier of [Ultimate]. For every 1 second remaining, the skill’s multiplier increases by 140%, up to a maximum increase of 2100%.
