In Version 2.8, two new resonators—Chisa and Buling—alongside three returning resonators—Phoebe, Phrolova and Cantarella—will appear in the banners.

WuWa 2.8 New Characters
Chisa
Chisa is a Havoc Broadblade resonator who functions as a core support in Negative Status teams. Her Outro Skill increases the maximum stacks of Negative Status and Electro Rage that enemies can receive by 3, significantly enhancing team debuff potential. In addition, her Resonance Liberation provides reliable team-wide sustain by restoring HP to all nearby resonators.

Buling
Buling is an Electro healer who also enhances team damage. She can inflict Electro Flare, increase teammate's Resonance Skill DMGand amplify the whole team's damage through her Outro Skill. When Buling gains Minor Yin and Minor Yang, she enters Yin-Yang Balance, upgrading her Resonance Liberation to Flashing Thunder Seal: Harmony. Flashing Thunder Seal: Harmony can create a Five Thunders Spell Array, dealing periodic Electro DMG and applying Electro Flare. While the array is active, nearby allies gain Thunder Spell effects that evolve as they cast Intro Skills: After two Intro skill are cast, all active resonators can gain 30% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus.

Base ATK: 500 丨 Crit. Rate: 36%
Thread of Fate (R1): ATK is increased by 12%. When the wielder casts Intro Skill or inflicts Negative Statuses, they gain 8% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus, stacking up to 3 times for 15s.At max stacks, when Resonators in the team inflict Negative Statuses, they gain 24% All-Attribute DMG Bonus for 15s. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.

3-Pc: Inflicting Havoc Bane increases the Resonator's ATK by 20% and grants 30% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus for 5s.
WuWa 2.8 New Skin
Zani will receive a new skin "Downtown Repose" in Version 2.8. And it will be made permanently available in the Store once Version 2.8 goes live. Purchase the Outfit during Version 2.8 at a discount, for 1980 Lunites only. After Version 2.8 ends, the Outfit will cost 2480 Lunites.
