Phoebe Gameplay and Playstyle
Phoebe is the first limited DoT (Damage over Time) Resonator in Wuthering Waves. As for her gameplay, Phoebe has two status: Absolution and Confession. Absolution status is focused on damage output, while the Confession status applies Spectro Frazzle Effect to enemies. Spectro Frazzle Effect is a debuff that is stackable. While Spectro Frazzle Effect lasts, the number of its stacks is periodically reduced by 1 to deal Spectro DMG to the target. And as the stacks accumulate, the damage from Spectro Frazzle Effect increases significantly.
Currently, Phoebe can function both as a main DPS or sub-DPS. As a main DPS, Phoebe relies on herself or other teammates to apply the Spectro Frazzle Effect to enemies, then enters the Absolution status to deal damage. As a sub-DPS, Phoebe uses the Confession status to apply the Spectro Frazzle Effect efficiently.
