Chisa is a Havoc Broadblade resonator who functions as a core support in Negative Status teams. Her Outro Skill increases the maximum stacks of Negative Status and Electro Rage that enemies can receive by 3, significantly enhancing team debuff potential. In addition, her Resonance Liberation provides reliable team-wide sustain by restoring HP to all nearby resonators.
