Jingliu and Blade have become a good option for DPS after their buff changes from ATK-scaling to HP-scaling in version 3.4, making their damage numbers increase from HP-scaling supports like Hyacine and Tribbie.

Boothill possesses huge damage potential but needs Fugue and other Break supports to function as his initial Break damage does not one-shot bosses anymore compared to previous version.

Sunday is one of the strongest supports especially after Dan Heng Permansor Terrae due to how his Skill increases the DMG further if the target has a Summon. Sunday also provides CRIT DMG, almost neutral SP (positive SP if S1), and Energy based on the target's Max Energy.
Robin remains one of the strongest supports that has teamwide Action Advance, damage amplification especially for Follow-up ATK team composition. Her downside being she needs to have her Ultimate ready after her Concerto state has ended.

Cipher stands a strong generalist support that provides damage amplification through Vulnerability and Recorded DMG that bypass through any damage reduction.
Bronya remains as a strong support option as she works similarly to Sunday. Her Eidolons also make her easier to manage the SP and SPD tuning.
Ruan Mei is a generalist support that works mostly with Break team by providing Weakness Break Efficiency, RES PEN, SPD, and Break delay. She also works with other team comps as she also provides DMG%.
Sparkle has become a good support option for Archer as she is the only support character that provides Max SP. She also provides SP through her Ultimate.
Cerydra currently stands as a best-in-slot option for Skill-based DPS like Phainon, Anaxa, and Archer in some situation.

After the buff changes, Silver Wolf has become a good option due to her Ultimate being AoE and her Weakness Implant is now based on the first character in the lineup.
Tingyun still remains as a solid 4-star support option as she generates Energy and provides good damage amplification.
With the release of Cipher, Jiaoqiu's position becomes lower even further due to how his damage amplification he provides does not compare well with other meta 5-star supports.
Fugue and Harmony Trailblazer still remains as the best Break supports as she provides Super Break damage and other stats. But due to Break being bad in this current meta, her position falls down as well.
Pela remains as a solid 4-star support Nihility support that can DEF shred frequently and her Ultimate uptime is good enough as she generates Energy whenever an enemy is defeated.

Asta is a good 4-star support as she provides SPD, ATK, and Break capabilities due to how her Skill bounce works.
Hanya is a solid 4-star option for DPS that needs SP a lot like Archer and Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae. She also provides ATK and SPD through her Ultimate.
Guinaifen is a 4-star option for DoT team as she provides Burn and Vulnerability debuff.
C Tier
Yukong is at the bottom due to how clunky her kit is without her E6. Her Skill also requires some SPD tuning and SP management.

The new released Dan Heng Permansor Terrae is one of the strongest sustain as he provides Shield based on his summon's action which is affected by how often the Bondmate attacks. He also provides a nice ATK buff and Follow-up ATK that is based on the Bondmate's stats.
S Tier
Aventurine remains as a strong sustain option with how frequent the enemy's attacking. He also provides CRIT DMG through his Ultimate and Follow-up ATK after a certain hit from the enemy.
Huohuo remains as a strong healing sustain as she provides frequent debuff cleanse, solid heal from her team Ultimate usage, and ATK buff.
Lingsha provides a solid healing if used correctly as well as dealing frequent AoE damage through her summon.
Gallagher stands as a solid 4-star healing option as he generates a lot of SP through his Ultimate and Basic ATK. His healing depends on the Besotted debuff which might need proper usage of his Ultimate and Skill.

Luocha is a solid option for sustain as he provides emergency healing and a Zone that heals whenever his team attacks.
Fu Xuan is a good sustain with her redirecting the damage taken from her team to her and has a small healing through her Ultimate. She also provides CRIT Rate, Max HP, and damage reduction.
