Version 1.1 will be released at 13:00 on June 28th after the update maintenance.

Jinhsi

Jinhsi is Jinzhou's Magistrate, holding the spark of light and illuminating people's wishes. Despite challenges from fate's oracle, she stands resolutely for the future of her people. Jinhsi will be a 5-Star Spectro Broadblade character.

Changli

Changli is a counselor to the Jinzhou Magistrate and the mentor to Jinhsi as well. She excels at leveraging human nature to corner her enemies into traps. Changli will be a 5-Star Fusion Sword character.

Divine Blessing: Grants 12%/15%/18%/21%/24% Attribute DMG Bonus. Casting Intro Skill gives the equipper Ageless Marking, which grants 24%/30%/36%/42%/48% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus for 12/12/12/12/12s. Casting Resonance Skill gives the equipper Ethereal Endowment, which grants 24%/30%/36%/42%/48% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus for 12/12/12/12/12s.

Blazing Brilliance

ATK: 587.50 | Crit. DMG: 48.60%

Crimson Phoenix: ATK increased by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%. The wielder gains 1 stack of Searing Feather upon dealing damage, which can be triggered once every 0.5s, and gains 5 stacks of the same effect upon casting Resonance Skill. Each stack of Searing Feather gives 4%/5%/6%/7%/8% additional Resonance Skill DMG Bonus for up to 14 stacks. After reaching the max stacks, all stacks will be removed in 12/12/12/12/12s.
