HSR 3.1 Banner Leaks
According to the drip marketing for Honkai Star Rail 3.1, two new five-star characters, Tribbie and Mydei, are set to make their debut in the upcoming banners. Based on the timing of the marketing reveals, Tribbie will be featured in the first phase, while Mydei will appear in the second. As for rerun characters, leaks suggest that Seele, Jiaoqiu, and Yunli will be available in Phase 1, while Phase 2 will feature Luocha, Blade, and Sparkle.

Version 3.1 New Characters
Tribbie
Tribbie is a 5-star Quantum character of the Harmony path. Upon using her Skill, she gains "Numinosity," which boosts all allies' All-Type RES PEN. Her Ultimate creates a Zone that amplifies the damage enemies receive. Additionally, after an ally attacks, Tribbie can deal extra Quantum damage to enemies. Her Talent further enhances her as a Follow-up Attacker, allowing her to launch a Quantum damage Follow-up Attack after other allies use their Ultimates.

Mydei
Mydei is a 5-star Imaginary character of the Destruction path. His Skill consumes HP to inflict Imaginary DMG on enemies. His Ultimate restores HP, deals Imaginary DMG, and Taunts enemies. If the "Vendetta" state is active during his Ultimate, Mydei's HP is immediately restored. "Vendetta" is a unique state that Mydei enters by charging through HP loss. Once fully charged, he enters "Vendetta," restoring HP and advancing his action by 100%. While in this state, Mydei is immune to Crowd Control debuffs, gains increased Max HP, and automatically uses an Enhanced Skill at the start of his turn.
