HSR 3.1 Banner Overview
According to the Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.1 Special Programme, two new five-star characters will debut in the 3.1 banners: Tribbie and Mydei. Tribbie will feature in the first phase, while Mydei will be available in the second. For rerun characters, Yunli will return in the first half, while Huohuo will be featured in the second half.

- Warp Period: After Version 3.1 update on 2025/02/26 - 2025/03/19 11:59 (server time)
- Character Warp: During the event, drop rates for the limited 5-star characters Tribbie (NEW! Harmony: Quantum) and Yunli (Destruction: Physical), along with 4-star characters Lynx (Abundance: Quantum), Hook (Destruction: Fire), and Guinaifen (Nihility: Fire) are boosted.
- Light Cone Warp: During the event, drop rates for the limited 5-star Light Cones "lf Time Were a Flower (NEW! Harmony)" and "Dance at Sunset (Destruction)", along with 4-star Light Cones "Planetary Rendezvous (Harmony)," "Post-Op Conversation (Abundance)," "Trend of the Universal Market (Preservation)" are boosted.

Version 3.1 New Characters
Tribbie
Tribbie is a 5-star Quantum character of the Harmony path. Upon using her Skill, she gains "Numinosity," which boosts all allies' All-Type RES PEN. Her Ultimate creates a Zone that amplifies the damage enemies receive. Additionally, after an ally attacks, Tribbie can deal extra Quantum damage to enemies. Her Talent further enhances her as a Follow-up Attacker, allowing her to launch a Quantum damage Follow-up Attack after other allies use their Ultimates.

Mydei
Mydei is a 5-star Imaginary character of the Destruction path. His Skill consumes HP to inflict Imaginary DMG on enemies. His Ultimate restores HP, deals Imaginary DMG, and Taunts enemies. If the "Vendetta" state is active during his Ultimate, Mydei's HP is immediately restored. "Vendetta" is a unique state that Mydei enters by charging through HP loss. Once fully charged, he enters "Vendetta," restoring HP and advancing his action by 100%. While in this state, Mydei is immune to Crowd Control debuffs, gains increased Max HP, and automatically uses an Enhanced Skill at the start of his turn.
