HSR 3.0 Banner Overview
According to Honkai Star Rail V3.0 Special Programme, there will be two new characters in 3.0 banners, The Herta and Aglaea. Both will be five-star rarity. And The Herta will be in the first phase of 3.0 banners while Aglaea in the second. As for the rerun characters, Lingsha, Feixiao and Jade will be in the first half while Boothill, Robin and Silver Wolf will appear in the second half.

5-star characters: The Herta (NEW! Ice, Erudition), Lingsha (Fire, Abundance), Feixiao ( Wind, The Hunt), Jade (Quantum, Erudition)
4-star characters: Natasha, Asta, Moze

5-star characters: Aglaea (NEW! Lightning, Remembrance), Boothill (Physical, The Hunt), Robin (Physical, Harmony), Silver Wolf (Quantum, Nihility)

Version 3.0 New Characters
The Herta
The Herta is a powerful Erudition character that requires to have another Erudition character as a second damage dealer and to activate her traces. She can use her Skill and Ultimate to deal high AoE damage. Her Skill has 3 instances of damage with 1 is a single target damage and the rest is blast damage. Her Ultimate rearranges the number of “Interpretation” stacks (which we will talk about later) on all enemies, prioritizing the “Interpretation” stacks to Elite-level targets and above. After rearranging the stacks, she increases her ATK for 3 turns and deals AoE damage to all enemies. After that, she immediately takes action and gains 1 stack of “Inspiration”. “Inspiration” can stack up to 2 time(s). While having “Inspiration”, she can use her Enhanced Skill which consumes “Interpretation” to increase the damage multiplier. The bonus damage multiplier from consuming the stack increases depending on the number of “Interpretation” stacks and is further increased if there’s at least 2 characters that follows the Path of Erudition (including her).

Aglaea
Aglaea is a character of the Remembrance path who fights alongside a summoned companion called Garmentmaker, specializing in lightning-based attacks and coordinated strikes. Her basic attack "Thorned Nectar" deals lightning damage, while her enhanced version "Slash by a Thousandfold Kiss" combines her power with Garmentmaker's for more devastating damage to primary and adjacent targets. She can heal or summon Garmentmaker through her skill "Rise, Exalted Renown," and her Ultimate "Dance Destined Weaveress" enables a powerful state called Supreme Stance. During Supreme Stance, Aglaea gains speed boosts from Garmentmaker's stacks, gets access to enhanced attacks, and makes Garmentmaker immune to crowd control. However, this state is temporary and ends when a countdown mechanic triggers Garmentmaker's self-destruction. Through her talents and techniques, Aglaea can apply a unique "Seam Stitch" status effect to enemies, which synergizes with Garmentmaker's abilities. Garmentmaker itself contributes with its own lightning attacks, speed boosts, and energy regeneration mechanics, making the pair a dynamic duo focused on speed and lightning damage.

New Remembrance Path Introduced!
With the introduction of the new character, Aglaea, we will also welcome the addition of a new playable path, The Remembrance, in Version 3.0. And Trailblazer will also unlock this new path.
