Xilonen is a five-star Geo character who wields a Sword and excels as a powerful Support. Her abilities are almost related with Defence. After casting her Ultimate, Xilonen can heal nearby characters at intervals based on her DEF. And her Elemental Skill can decrease nearby opponents' corresponding Elemental RES according to party members' Elemental Types. When equipped with Natlan's new Artifacts Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City, Xilonen can further granting 40% Elemental DMG Bonus to all party members, which will be a huge boost.

Talent Priority
Xilonen mainly has two support abilities. One is related to her Elemental Skill, which is to decrease nearby opponents' corresponding Elemental RES, another is Elemental Burst's healing ability. So you should first level up those two talents. As for her Normal Attack, it is not essential. Thus, you can choose to skip upgrading it to save materials. In summary, prioritize Xilonen's talents in the following order: Elemental Skill > Elemental Burst > Normal Attack.
Best Weapons for Xilonen
Xilonen's signature weapon, Peak Patrol Song, is perfectly designed to complement her abilities. In the absence of her signature weapon, alternative options include Freedom-Sworn, Flute of Ezpitzal and Favonius Sword.

Peak Patrol Song is Xilonen's signature weapon. With a Sub Stat of 82.7% Defence, Peak Patrol Song can provide the Stat that Xilonen needs most. Furthermore, its weapon effect can further increasing all nearby party members' Elemental DMG Bonus, making it a strong support weapon.
2. Five-star Alternatives: Freedom-Sworn
Base ATK : 608 / +198.5 Elemental Mastery
Weapon Effect: A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases DMG by 10% / 12.5% / 15% / 17.5% / 20% . When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" increases Normal, Charged and Plunging Attack DMG by 16% / 20% / 24% / 28% / 32% and increases ATK by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% . Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.
Freedom-Sworn is Kazuha's signature weapon. Although it can not provide useful buffs for Xilonen, Xilonen can easily trigger its weapon effect and grant boost to other party members. So it is a suitable weapon for Xilonen.

Flute of Ezpitzal
Base ATK : 454 / +69.0% DEF
Weapon Effect: Using an Elemental Skill increases DEF by 16% / 20% / 24% / 28% / 32% for 15s.
Flute of Ezpitzal is a forgeable 4-Star Sword. And its Sub Stat and weapon effect can provide massive DEF for Xilonen, making it a rather cost-effective alternative!
Favonius Sword
Base ATK : 454 / +61.3% Energy Recharge
Weapon Effect: CRIT Hits have a 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12 / 10.5 / 9 / 7.5 / 6 s.
Favonius Sword's Sub Stat and weapon effect can provide massive Energy for Xilonen, making her easier to cast the Ultimate. And if you equip Xilonen with this weapon, you can use Defence Sand to meet the Defence requirements of Xilonen.

2-PC : When a nearby party member triggers a Nightsoul Burst, the equipping character regenerates 6 Elemental Energy.
4-PC : After the equipping character triggers a reaction related to their Elemental Type, all nearby party members gain a 12% Elemental DMG Bonus for the Elemental Types involved in the elemental reaction for 15s. If the equipping character is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state when triggering this effect, all nearby party members gain an additional 28% Elemental DMG Bonus for the Elemental Types involved in the elemental reaction for 20s. The equipping character can trigger this effect while off-field, and the DMG bonus from Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.
Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City is the only recommended Artifact set for Xilonen as it perfectly suits Xilonen and can provide huge boost. With this Artifact set, Xilonen can easily provide 40% Elemental DMG Bonus for all party members.
