Brief Introduction
Citlali is a five-star Cyro character who uses Catalyst as her weapon. Her Elemental Skill can create a shield based on Citlali's Elemental Mastery. Meanwhile, the shield can deal coordinated damage off-field and grant Cyro on enemies. Her Elemental Burst can deal AoE Cryo DMG and also summons 1 Spiritvessel Skull near a maximum of 3 opponents within the AoE. Spiritvessel Skulls explode after a period of time, dealing Cryo DMG and restoring a fixed amount of Nightsoul points to Citlali.

Citlali’s support ability comes from her Elemental Skill, and Passive Talent. Since the Passive Talent is capped at Level 1 and cannot be upgraded, your focus should be on leveling up his Elemental Skill. As for Citlali's Elemental Burst, if you want her to deal some damage in the combat, you can upgrade it. Citlali's Normal Attack is rarely used in combat, so you can skip leveling it to conserve materials.
