Gamescom, the huge gaming party and top biz spot in Europe, is coming to Cologne (and online) from August 20th to 25th, 2024. Fandomwire's calling it the coolest gaming show in a while!
Over 1,400 companies are confirmed to show up, which is way more than last year. It's gonna be huge, spread across 230,000 square meters with games from 64 different countries.
Even though Sony and Nintendo aren't joining the fun this year, you'll still see big names like Tencent, miHoYo, Microsoft, KRAFTON, Capcom, and Ubisoft. By August 13th, 28 game companies had already teased over a hundred new games, so get ready to be amazed!
miHoYo
HoYoverse, miHoYo's overseas game crew, is bringing "Genshin Impact," "Honkai: Star Rail," and the fresh "Zenless Zone Zero" to Gamescom 2024. If you want to topup the in-game currency, don't hesitate to our website. Their booth is gonna be lit with three zones: live shows, merch shopping, and game testing. Get ready for bands, cosplayers, and the Genius Invokation TCG challenge!
And since "Genshin Impact" is teasing Version 5.0 and maybe even an animated series sneak peek just before Gamescom, you might catch a glimpse of the new stuff and hear some animation gossip at the show!
Microsoft
Microsoft's going all out at Gamescom with their biggest booth ever! They've got over 50 games from Xbox, Blizzard, Bethesda, and other cool devs.
You can try out some amazing first-party games like "Age of Mythology: Retold" "Ara: History Untold" "Fallout 76: Milepost Zero," "The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road" and "Towerborne". Plus, get exclusive sneak peeks of "Indiana Jones and the Great Circle" "Avowed" and more for "Starfield"
And for the first time, Blizzard's joining the Microsoft party! They'll be showing off "World of Warcraft" "Overwatch" and "Diablo 4" with some cool gameplay demos. And check out the Overwatch booth with Porsche, they've got a sick D.Va statue based on the electric Porsche Macan!
KRAFTON
KRAFTON's got some exciting stuff lined up for Gamescom's "Opening Night Live"! They're dropping trailers and new info for "Dark And Darker" and "InZOl"
At the "PUBG" booth, you can get hands-on with some live stuff, grab some cool PUBG gear, and even earn some extra rewards in-game just by showing off your Steam hours. Plus, daily cosplay events to keep things fun. And on August 24th, the event lets you hang with the crew and some special guests.
Tencent
Tencent's Level Infinite is bringing over a dozen games to Gamescom, like "DeathSprint 66" ,"Den of Wolves" ,"Dune: Awakening", "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" and more. Try 'em out and catch up on the latest for "Dune: Awakening".
And don't miss Level Infinite's "Into the Infinite" conference on August 22nd.
