Policy of virtual item transaction, delivery and refund

3. Users shall provide others with true information concerning Virtual Items and shall not falsely advertise or illegally promise the Virtual Items or commit any fraudulent act against other users. If you found any false advertising, illegally promising or fraudulent act, please contact us through the “Contact support” in the LootBar website.

4. When you trade your virtual item, you shall withdraw the money you may receive from the sale of your Virtual Item immediately after all checks under specific rules made by LootBar Service.

5. When you purchase a virtual item you can either use a payment method supported by a third-party payment service provider made available to you by LootBar.

6. You are solely responsible for reading and understanding all and any terms and conditions of any transactions once you use LootBar Services and shall take all responsibilities for your conduct.

7. As LootBar acts as an intermediary between the users and does not acquire any ownership or any other proprietary rights concerning the virtual items, the completion of a deal does not require to go through a process of item delivery,any trades and transactions between users conducted on LootBar website are final and once transacted, the Virtual Item shall not be returned, refunded and/or canceled.
