ルーシー（5★）は、回折拳銃を使う共鳴者で、メインDPSとして活躍する。重撃とTune ハック・シフティングDMGを主軸に戦うのが特徴だ。通常状態とアルゴリズム圧縮を切り替えながら強化攻撃を溜め、連続で解き放つのが彼女の戦い方となる。
通常状態のルーシーは、TCPを通常攻撃、共鳴スキル・ペイロード、そして共鳴スキル・パルス干渉で蓄積できる。後者はデジタルハンドシェイクを付与し、時間経過でTCPを自動的に生成する。 TCPが最大になると、PayloadとPulse Interferenceは共鳴スキル・デッドロックに置き換わる。Deadlockを発動すると、彼女はアルゴリズム圧縮状態に移行し、中核となるダメージループを開始する。
アルゴリズム圧縮状態中、ルーシーは回折ダメージボーナスとSQLを1スタック獲得し、さらに通常攻撃と重撃が、それぞれスレッドシュレッディングとシングルスレッディングに強化される。 敵に命中させるとルートアクセスが蓄積され、最大まで溜まると、シングルスレッディングがデュアルスレッディングに変化し、さらに重撃・マルチスレッディングへと連携できる。 SQLをマルチスレッディングに消費すると、そのスキルダメージ倍率が大幅に上昇し、発動すると彼女の共鳴解放・ネットランナーが、より強力なオールドネット・ディープダイブへと強化される。
ルーシーの共鳴解放でプロトコルインターフェースが展開され、彼女はRAMを消費して、敵にマーキング・デバフ・高火力ダメージを与えるスプーフィングプログラム効果を付与し、その後オーバーライドを放つ。 彼女はRebeccaとも自然に相性が良く、その変奏スキル： 旧時の幻覚は、Rebeccaの強制共有を強化し、彼女のタレットのオーバーロードを発動する。また、彼女の機能クラッキング固有スキルにより、味方がマークされた怒涛級または災難級の敵を倒した際、2人にネットワークバックドアが付与される。
