  • Rina Overview

Rina is an Electric Support Agent who revolves around Penetration Ratio (PEN Ratio) buffing and Attribute Anomaly: Shock synergy. Her kit focuses on deploying her Bangboos to attack enemies, converting her own PEN Ratio into a team-wide buff that increases allies’ damage by partially ignoring enemy defense. In addition to PEN support, Rina extends Attribute Anomaly: Shock duration and increases Electric damage dealt to Shocked enemies. Her gameplay emphasizes maintaining buff duration through short on-field actions, then quickly swapping back to the main DPS to maximize damage efficiency, making her best suited for Electric, Anomaly, and PEN-scaling teams.

Rina Best W-Engines

As an Electric Support Agent who scales primarily with PEN Ratio, Rina has a more restrictive set of viable W-Engine options compared to general-purpose supports. Any W-Engine that provides PEN Ratio, Energy Regeneration, or off-field utility can work with her kit. However, Rina’s signature W-Engine is by far her strongest option, enabling her to reach optimal PEN Ratio thresholds and significantly improving her buff uptime. To fully unlock Rina’s support potential and maximize her teamwide impact, obtaining her signature W-Engine is strongly recommended.

Rina Best Drive Disc Sets

As of Version 2.5, Rina strongly prefers Moonlight Lullaby (4-PC), as it provides near-100% uptime on its 18% DMG Bonus thanks to its long duration and simple activation condition. This makes it the most consistent and reliable Drive Disc set for Rina’s off-field support role.

Astral Voice (4-PC) is also a solid alternative, offering strong DMG buff in teams that can consistently trigger Quick Assists. However, its uptime is less reliable compared to Moonlight Lullaby. The only practical reason to run Swing Jazz (4-PC) in the current meta is when using two Support Agents and the other support is already equipped with Moonlight Lullaby.

Rina Best Teams

As a Support Agent, Rina is designed for specialized team compositions that take advantage of her PEN Ratio buffs and Shock-related effects. She works best alongside Electric or Anomaly-focused DPS Agents that benefit from defense-ignoring mechanics, with the remaining team slot typically filled by a Stun or secondary support Agent to maintain stable rotations and consistent buff uptime.

Rina Best Mindscapes

M1: Dance Duet
  • Rating: ★★★★★ (Best)
  • Effect: After being sent out to launch an attack, Drusilla and Anastella stay in place for an additional 5.5s before returning to Rina. The buff gained from Core Passive – Mini Destruction Partner by characters within 10m is increased to 130%.
  • Rina’s most important Mindscape. It greatly increases both the strength and duration of her PEN Ratio buff, resulting in a massive teamwide damage gain. This is her best and most impactful upgrade.
M2: Master's Paragon
  • Rating: ★★ (Decent)
  • Effect: Upon entering combat or switching in, Rina’s DMG increases by 15% for 12s. This effect can trigger once every 18s.
  • The buff only affects Rina’s personal damage, which is not her primary role. As a support, this Mindscape offers limited value compared to others.
M3: Head Maid's Specialty
  • Rating: ★ (Good)
  • Effect: Basic Attack, Dodge, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2
  • Pure skill level increases that do not meaningfully improve Rina’s core PEN Ratio support. This Mindscape can be safely skipped unless progressing naturally through duplicates.
M4: Needle and Hmmer
  • Rating: ★★ (Decent)
  • Effect: Rina’s Energy Regen increases by 0.5/s when both Drusilla and Anastella are deployed.
  • Improves energy generation and allows faster access to EX Special Attacks. While not a direct damage boost, it noticeably smooths rotations and buff uptime.
M5: Head Maid Perfectionist
  • Rating: ★ (Good)
  • Effect: Rina’s Energy Regen increases by 0.5/s when both Drusilla and Anastella are deployed.
  • Similar to M3, this provides only numerical skill increases with minimal impact on Rina’s support effectiveness.
M6: Stormy Night's Fright
  • Rating: ★★★ (Pretty Good)
  • Effect: When an EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate hits an enemy, the entire squad’s Electric DMG is increased by 15% for 8s.
  • Adds a strong Electric damage buff that significantly boosts Mono-Electric teams. While the duration is short and non-stacking, it meaningfully increases Rina’s value in Electric-focused compositions.
