Promeia (S Rank)
Promeia is an Ice Slash Agent who functions as a Main DPS, specializing in Anomaly DMG with a focus on triggering Abloom. Her gameplay revolves around building and spending Corrosive Chill to generate Trial by Cold charges, which power her signature Finishing Move.
Promeia builds Corrosive Chill through her Basic Attacks, Dodge Counters, Assists, and by triggering key squad reactions like Freeze, Disorder, or Abloom. Once she accumulates 50 Corrosive Chill, it converts into 1 point of Trial by Cold, capped at 2. With Trial by Cold available, she can chain into her signature finisher EX Special Attack: Execution - Merciless Judgment, which consumes a Trial by Cold charge to trigger Abloom, dealing massive Attribute Anomaly DMG.
Her EX Special Attacks are central to her loop. Execution - Glacial Death throws her cape, enters the Bound Absolution state, and grants the Absolute Order effect. If struck shortly after, she automatically transitions into Execution - Shrouded in Shadow, teleporting behind the enemy and granting another Absolute Order stack. Under Absolute Order, she can follow up with Descending Frost or the more powerful Layered Frost, both of which lead directly into Merciless Judgment.
Her Ultimate: Glaciating Impalement deals massive Ice DMG and triggers Abloom on anomaly-afflicted targets at 250% multiplier and uniquely grants her Frost Oath, which allows her to immediately follow up with Execution - Layered Frost after key skills, extending her damage window.
Promeia's Core Passive: Thief of Flames scales her Anomaly Proficiency with excess Anomaly Mastery and boosts the whole squad's Abloom DMG. Her Additional Ability: Vessel of Ice rewards running an Anomaly or Support teammate, boosting her Ice Anomaly Buildup Rate, extending Frostbite duration, and applying Presumption of Guilt, causing Abloom triggers to ignore 40% of the enemy's DEF.
Starlight Billy (S Rank)
Starlight Billy is a Physical Slash Agent who functions as a Main DPS, specializing in Sheer DMG a unique damage type that ignores enemy DEF entirely and scales off his Sheer Force stat, which is derived directly from his Max HP. Stacking HP translates directly into raw damage output.
His gameplay revolves around Special Attack: Drive Suppression, a motorcycle crash that consumes 16% of his Max HP to activate. During it, Billy can drift into Dodge: Through the Galaxy to trigger a Perfect Dodge, chaining into Dodge Counter: Afterfire Spin, and automatically flowing into his core skill EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie. Cool Wheelie slams the motorcycle for big Physical DMG, restores Determination, and gates access to his two branching finishers: Rocking Footwork (restores 15% HP) and High-Traction Wheels (restores 30% HP), both of which sustain his HP-burning loop.
Determination is his secondary resource, built through attacks, blocks, and Cool Wheelie. At 100 stacks, he can consume it to unleash Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight, a motorcycle charge followed by a laser beam for massive Sheer DMG. Each use of Drive Suppression also stacks his CRIT DMG by 90%, rewarding aggressive cycling of the skill.
His Core Passive: Knight's Resolve ties it all together. Every point of Max HP feeds Sheer Force. All Physical DMG becomes Sheer DMG, and a 50% incoming DMG reduction kicks in when HP drops to 25% or below. His Additional Ability: Blazing Starlight rewards running a Stun, Defense, or Support teammate, granting up to 2 stacks of Starlight, each boosting Chain Attacks, Ultimates, EX Special Attacks, and Full-Throttle Starlight damage by 20% per stack.

Repeated triggers refresh the duration. At 2 stacks, the equipper's Abloom DMG dealt is increased by an additional 35% / 38.5% / 42% / 45.5% / 50%.
Starlight Rider Faceplate (S Rank)
Rupture丨Base ATK: 713丨HP: 30%
CRIT Rate increases by 20% / 23% / 26% / 29% / 32%. When the equipper launches a Special Attack, their Physical Sheer DMG increases by 10% / 11.5% / 13% / 14.5% / 16%, stacking up to 2 times and lasting 30s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
