According to Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 "Astra-nomical Moment" Special Program, Astra Yao—a character featured in several in-game advertisements—will become playable in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5. Following past trends, she is expected to appear in the first half of the 1.5 banners. Additionally, Evelyn, Astra Yao's manager and bodyguard, is anticipated for the second half. Version 1.5 New Characters
Astra Yao
Astra Yao is an S-rank agent and Ether Support character. In combat, she uses her musical talents to inspire and aid the whole team. When she enters her Idyllic Cadenza state, she starts a mini-concert, boosting the squad's damage and providing buffs. In this state, switching to other Agents keeps her singing from the backlines, where she becomes invulnerable. Astra's Ultimate heals the team and attacks enemies, with the next two character switches triggering Chain Attacks for extra damage. To end her performance, hold the Basic Attack, which also heals the squad.

Evelyn
Evelyn is an S-rank agent and Fire Attack character. She excels in melee combat. As for her Basic Attack, she can perform up to five powerful attacks. Upon landing her fifth strike, Evelyn enters the Binding Seal state. This state can also be triggered by her Special Attack and other abilities. As Evelyn deals damage, she accumulates Burning Embers. Once enough Embers are gathered under Binding Seal, holding her Basic Attack unleashes up to two Garrote attacks, granting two Burning Tether Point. When three points are accumulated, Evelyn can unleash a Chain Attack, consuming all points to cause a massive explosion, dealing massive Fire damage.
While under Binding Seal, she can use her Special or EX Special Attack to tether and explode nearby enemies, exiting the Binding Seal with a final Fire damage burst. Her ability to dodge allows her to amass a significant amount of Burning Embers. Additionally, Evelyn's Ultimate, Dance of Awakened Fire, grants her one Burning Tether Point and ensures she retains at least one point until the battle's end.

New Outfits
Astra Yao, Ellen and Nicole will all receive a new skin in Version 1.5.
Astra Yao and Ellen's outfits will be available in the in-game Store with a limited-time deal during the promotion period. After the promotion period ends, it will still be available for full price in the "Today's Outfit" section of the Outfit Store.
Nicole's outfits can be obtained for free through "The Day of Brilliant Wishes"' event. In future versions, it will be added to the "Today's Outfit" section of the Outfit Store and made available for purchase.
