Jiyan Resonator Overview
| Resonator Information |
 | Rarity | 5★ |
| Element | Aero |
| Weapon Type | Broadblade |
| Team Role | Main DPS |
Jiyan is a 5★ Aero and Broadblade Main DPS who specializes in pumping out massive AoE damage through his Resonance Liberation and empowered Heavy Attacks during Qingloong Mode. He cycles between a normal state where he builds up Resolve, and an enhanced form, Qingloong Mode, where his Basic Attacks are converted into powerful Heavy Attacks that group and shred enemies. Resolve is generated by hitting enemies with his Basic Attacks and Intro Skill, and once he reaches at least 30 stacks, he can consume them to enhance his Resonance Skill or power up his Resonance Liberation. When Jiyan spends Resolve on his Resonance Liberation, he triggers Emerald Storm: Finale and enters Qingloong Mode with significantly boosted Heavy Attack damage, making smart Resolve management and sufficient Energy Regen essential to unlocking his full DPS potential.

Jiyan Skill Priority
| Skill | Priority | Reason |
| Resonance Liberation | ★★★★★ (Top) | - The core of his kit. Most of Jiyan’s damage comes from Emerald Storm and the Heavy Attacks in Qingloong Mode, both of which scale with this skill. Level this first and as high as possible.
|
| Forte Circuit | ★★★★ (High) | - Governs how Resolve interacts with his kit and adds extra damage to Liberation when Resolve is consumed. Since enhanced Liberation is where his damage spikes, this is your second priority.
|
| Resonance Skill | ★★★★ (High) | - A strong secondary damage source that becomes even better in Qingloong Mode and with certain Resonance Chains (like S3 and S6). Level this alongside Forte Circuit once Liberation is in a good place.
|
| Normal Attack | ★ (Low) | - You only use his Basic string mainly to build Resolve, and Qingloong Heavy Attacks actually scale from Liberation. Upgrade it later for quality-of-life damage bumps.
|
| Intro Skill | ★ (Low) | - Decent damage and some Resolve generation, plus buffs from Inherent Skills and Resonance Chains, but still his lowest-impact skill for pure DPS. Level it last.

Jiyan Best Team Comps
Jiyan excels as a main DPS. He needs plenty of field time to fully ramp up and deal consistent damage, making hypercarry teams the best fit for him. For his teammates, units that can boost his Heavy Attack DMG, Aero DMG, or help him use his Resonance Liberation more often will provide the strongest support and greatly improve his overall performance.
1. Jiyan - Iuno - Shorekeeper
| Characters |

Jiyan |
Iuno |
Shorekeeper |
| Echo Sets |

Sierra Gale(5-pc) |
Crown of Valor(3-pc)
Any +10 Aero attack 2-piece set |
Rejuvenating Glow(5-pc) |
Jiyan, Iuno, and Shorekeeper form a heavy-attack centric hypercarry team built entirely around empowering Jiyan’s damage window. Shorekeeper sets up strong party buffs and healing, letting the team play aggressively while boosting overall damage through Stellarealm. Iuno then comes in as a premium Heavy Attack buffer and sub-DPS, stacking powerful amplification for Jiyan’s Heavy Attacks while contributing solid damage on her own. Once both supports have their buffs and Outro effects active, Jiyan swaps in to unleash his boosted Resonance Liberation and follow-up Heavy Attacks.
2. Jiyan - Ciaccona - Aero Rover
| Characters |

Jiyan |
Ciaccona |
Aero Rover |
| Echo Sets |

Sierra Gale(5-pc) |
Gusts of Welkin(5-pc) |
Windward Pilgrimage(5-pc) |
Jiyan, Ciaccona, and Aero Rover create a full Aero team focused on debuffs/erosion and team-wide damage buffs. Ciaccona builds up Aero Erosion stacks on enemies while granting multiple Aero DMG boosts through her kit. Aero Rover supports as a flexible sub-DPS, healer, and buffer. Jiyan takes the stage as the main DPS, capitalizing on all the stacked Aero buffs and enemy debuffs with his Resonance Liberation and AoE Heavy Attacks.
3. Jiyan - Mortefi - Shorekeeper
| Characters |

Jiyan |
Mortefi |
Shorekeeper |
| Echo Sets |

Sierra Gale(5-pc) |
Moonlit Cloud(5-pc) |
Rejuvenating Glow(5-pc) |
This team composition focuses on buffing Jiyan's overall damage in battle using Mortefi's buffs. Mortefi can increase Jiyan's Heavy Attack DMG through his Outro Skill, while also providing coordinated attacks. Shorekeeper keeps up the team's health and provides valuable buffs through her Resonance Liberation and Outro Skill. Together, Mortefi and Shorekeeper create a strong support core that turns Jiyan into a reliable hypercarry.
Jiyan Best Resonance Chains
Jiyan’s Resonance Chains greatly enhance his scaling and consistency, but he performs well even at S0. If you’re considering investing more pulls, here’s how each node impacts him.
| Sequence | Rating | What it Does and Our "Take" |
| S1 - Benevolence | ★(Meh) | +1 extra use of Resonance Skill “Windqueller” and reduces its Resolve cost. Quality-of-life improvement, but doesn’t significantly buff his Liberation/Qingloong damage, so not a priority.
|
| S2 - Versatility | ★★(Good) | After casting Intro Skill, Jiyan gains 30 Resolve immediately and a large ATK% buff for 15s. This greatly smooths his setup by letting him access Emerald Storm: Finale without Basic Attack spam and gives a big damage steroid; first truly impactful node.
|
| S3 - Spectation | ★★★★(Very Good) | Casting key skills (Resonance Skill, Liberation, Finale, Intro) grants substantial CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG for 8s. Effectively patches his CRIT stat requirements, freeing your Echo substat and weapon choices; one of his best overall upgrades.
|
| S4 - Prudence | ★★★(Pretty Good) | Casting Prelude or Finale increases Heavy Attack DMG Bonus for the whole team for 30s. Excellent if you’re running other Heavy Attack carries alongside Jiyan, and opens interesting dual-DPS team options.
|
| S5 - Resolution | ★★★(Pretty Good) | Drastically buffs Outro Skill damage and stacks up to a huge ATK% bonus that can be instantly maxed via Intro Skill. Strong for coordinated rotations and Outro-heavy play; very good but slightly more niche than S3/S6 for pure Qingloong spam.
|
| S6 - Fortitude | ★★★★★(Best) | Jiyan gains Momentum when using Heavy Attack, Intro Skill, or Resonance Skill; Finale consumes these stacks to massively boost its DMG multiplier. This transforms Emerald Storm: Finale into a gigantic nuke and is the single largest spike to his Liberation damage ceiling. Ideal capstone node for heavy investors.
