Buling is an Electro healer who also enhances team damage. She can inflict Electro Flare, increase teammate's Resonance Skill DMG and amplify the whole team's damage through her Outro Skill. When Buling gains Minor Yin and Minor Yang, she enters Yin-Yang Balance, upgrading her Resonance Liberation to Flashing Thunder Seal: Harmony. Flashing Thunder Seal: Harmony can create a Five Thunders Spell Array, dealing periodic Electro DMG and applying Electro Flare. While the array is active, nearby allies gain Thunder Spell effects that evolve as they cast Intro Skills: After two Intro skill are cast, all active resonators can gain 30% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus.

As a healer, there is only one recommended Echo set for Buling: Rejuvenating Glow. As for the main Echo, you can either choose Bell-Borne Geochelone or Fallacy of No Return.
