WuWa 3.3 Banner Leaks
According to Drip marketing, Version 3.3 is expected to introduce two new limited 5-star characters across two banner phases: Hiyuki and Denia. As the rerun characters, Mornye and Iuno are said to appear in phase 1. And Phrolova and Chisa return in Phase 2.

WuWa 3.3 New Characters
Hiyuki (5★)
The first is the Hiyuki, an Ice Main DPS character anda shrine maiden-styled character who is rumored to wield a sword. It is said that her kit will mainly revolve around the Glacio Chafe and is expected to have strong synergy with the upcoming playable character Lucilla. As the first Ice main DPS released more than a year after Carlotta—and also an anniversary character—Hiyuki has already generated massive anticipation within the community.
Denia (5★)
Denia is the second character rumored to be released with Version 3.3. She has not appeared directly in the main story yet, but she is mentioned in Mornye’s voice lines:
“You’ll see her at every public lecture, nodding along as if she understands every word—until she inevitably dozes off, jolts awake after bumping her head on the seat, and then drifts off again… I only later discovered that students receive credit solely for attendance.”
As for her kit and combat roles, according to the latest leaks, Denia is a Fusion character who can apply the Fusion Burst stacks to allies. She is very likely the final missing piece for Aemeath’s DoT Team. If you’re planning to fully build a Fusion Burst team around Aemeath, it’s strongly recommended to start saving your resources now.

Self No More: ATK is increased by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%. When the wielder applies Glacio Chafe, Glacio DMG is Amplified by 28%/35%/42%/49%/56%, and Resonance Liberation DMG ignores 10%/12.5%/15%/17.5%/20% of the target's DEF for 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%s. If the wielder is the active Resonator in the team, Glacio Chafe DMG dealt to all targets within a certain range is Amplified by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 6/6/6/6/6s. This effect can be triggered up to 1/1/1/1/1 time every 0.1/0.1/0.1/0.1/0.1s.
Forged Dwarf Star (5★)
ATK: 500 | Crit. Rate: 36.00%
Dissolution: Increases ATK by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%. When the wielder inflicts Fusion Burst Effect or Tune Strain - Shifting on the target, it increases their Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus by 36%/45%/54%/63%/72% for 5/5/5/5/5s. Under this effect, when Resonators in the team inflict Fusion Burst Effect or Tune Strain - Shifting, their ATK is increased by 24%/30%/36%/42%/48% for 15/15/15/15/15s. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.
WuWa 3.3 New Echo Sets
Wishes of Quiet Snowfall
2-piece: Glacio DMG + 10%
5-piece: Inflicting Glacio Chafe on enemies increases Glacio DMG dealt by 10% for 15s. The Resonator gains the Snowfall effect, which can be triggered once every 25s. While Snowfall is active: - Dealing Resonance Liberation DMG removes Snowfall and increases the Resonator's Crit. Rate by 25% for 30s. - Casting Outro Skill removes Snowfall and grants 25% Glacio DMG Bonus to the incoming Resonator for 30s. When Snowfall is removed, only one of the effects above can be triggered.
Reel of Spliced Memories
2-piece: ATK + 10%
5-piece: Inflicting Tune Rupture - Shifting or Tune Strain - Shifting on enemies increases the Tune Break Boost of Resonators in the team by 15 for 30s. Effects of the same name do not stack.
WuWa 3.3 New Skins
According to Hiragara leaks, in version 3.3, Mornye will probably get a new outfit.
