WuWa 2.0 banner Overview
Accoding to Wuthering Waves Version 2.0 Preview Special Broadcast, the WuWa 2.0 banners will feature two new 5-star characters, Carlotta and Roccia. Following the usual pattern, Carlotta is expected to debut in the first phase, while Roccia will appear in the second phase. As for the rerun characters, Jinhsi and Zhezhi are getting a rerun. In summary, the 2.0 banners for Wuthering Waves are likely to follow this structure:

Carlotta
Carlotta is a five-star Glacio Resonator who wields pistols. As the first limited Glacio DPS in WuWa, she has great synergy with Glacio Support——Zhezhi. Carlotta can accumulate Substance through various attacks. When Substance is full, Carlotta can consume all Substance and cast Heavy Attack Imminent Oblivion, which will also reduce the cooldown of Resonance Skill Art of Violence. As for Carlotta's Resonance Liberation, it can deal Glacio DMG to all targets in an area and then activate Twilight Tango. While in Twilight Tango, Carlotta can cast Death Knell to get Meta. With 4 Meta Vectors, Carlotta can give a formidable final shot.

Roccia
Roccia is the 5-star Havoc Resonator who wields Gauntlets. She’s rumored to be a Havoc and Gauntlet Sub DPS. Roccia is a Sub DPS who can also provide various buffs for her teammates. Her Resonance Skill can pull in nearby targets, creating a better environment for damage-dealing. And her outro skill can amplify the incoming Resonator's Havoc DMG and Basic Attack DMG, making her a perfect match for Camellya.

Exciting news in 2.0! Two popular characters, Jinhsi and Sanhua, will receive their new outfits.
