Heartseeker Boss Info
Heartseeker is a Main Quest and Campaign Boss with a 5-Star Difficulty that you will come across in the early phase of the story. She wields a massive scythe and constantly disappears from the battlefield to look for a spot to catch you off-guard. She deals both ranged and close range attacks to deal rapid combos. One can avoid her attacks if you manage to learn her timings and patterns. Her first appearance is at the end of the Still Shore dungeon in the main storyline - A Horse Neighs in the Forest. After her first defeat, players can still challenge her to gain additional rewards.
Heartseeker Location
To find Heartseeker, you need to progress through the first chapter – A Horse Neighs in the Forest in the main quest. After completing it, your next objective will be called the ‘Still Shore’ which is your boss battle.
Skills and Abilities
The Boss battle of Heartseeker has two phases where she has two different skill sets for each of her phases. Here are the following movesets for each of them:
Phase 1
Skills | Description |
Shadow Step | The shadow step is a surprise leap attack where Heartseeker will disappear and jump from your right side to strike with her scythe. |
Thundering Banshee | The thundering Banshee is a AOE based attack where she floats in mid air and starts screaming for a duration of 5 seconds. |
Scythe Slash | She launches a charged Scythe attack in the upward direction after charging it slightly. |
Charge Attack | Heartseekers closes the gap with you and the Scythe glows in a red color. Then strikes with an upward slash. This move can be dodged easily if you match the timing and can even strike with a counter. |
Phase 2
Skills | Description |
Thunderstorm | At the beginning of the second Phase, She will summon thunderstorms while charging her sword in mid air. After getting charged, she will slam the sword on the ground, dealing a massive amount of damage. This move is inevitable, so you need to hide behind the rock. |
Double Scythe Slash | This is a two strike combo using the scythe. The first one is a vertical strike while the second one is a horizontal one. |
Scythe Up Slash | A simple scythe slash in the upward direction. |

Thunder Orbs | Heartseeker moves to a safe distance to summon 2 orbs of thunder with a golden colour glow. She shoots them one at a time and follows up with a slash attack. |
Lunging Scythe Slash | She takes a stance and lunges towards you with a Scythe Slash. Can be dodged and parried. |
Sky Fall | She stands still and summons thunder strikes from the sky, dealing massive damage in her nearby area. Can be dodged but not parried. |
