The Count Dracula collaboration in Watcher of Realms is the first large crossover the game has ever done, and it brings a full vampire themed update to the world you already know. The Watcher of Realms Count Dracula crossover introduced four vampire themed heroes with effects built around blood drain, pierce damage, and explosive hits. Vlad is the only free hero you can fully unlock through gameplay. The remaining heroes require summons. Below is an easy breakdown so you know what each hero does and how to get them.

Vlad Draculea

Vlad Draculea is a free Legendary from the Cursed Cult faction and you can collect Vampire Diary shards from the Dracula's Castle stages to unlock him. You also gain soulstones by completing Vlad's Legacy quests. These include daily missions and limited tasks such as campaign clears. You can get him without using any summons.

His kit works as follows:

The talent gives him damage based on his maximum health. Enemies he blocks receive War Frenzy which speeds up their basic attack interval. This effect cannot be removed. He also ignores a part of their magic resistance.
His ultimate, named Impaling Charge, costs seven hundred Rage. You can either dash to a tile and deal four hundred percent area damage in a line or stay in place and deal two hundred and sixty percent area damage. After casting, Vla Draculea gains two extra blocks, and his damage and debuffs rise when more enemies are near him.
Vlad’s passive Brutal Suppression gives him a chance to counter when hit. This counter deals full damage to the attacker and extra damage to nearby targets. He also restores some Rage.
His passive Undying Spirit gives him health when he blocks enemies and small healing whenever War Frenzy triggers.
His bond with Lady Mina lets his ultimate pull enemies and apply a stun.

You can use Vlad as a frontline tank who can also deal strong damage. His awakenings improve his attack speed and counter power.

Lady Mina

Lady Mina is a limited Piercer Mage coming from the Watcher of Realms Count Dracula Collab. You can summon her from the Bloodline Summoning banner using rare crystals. She is guaranteed at two hundred pulls, and if you get her early, she moves into the standard banner pool.

Lady Mina’s kit work like this:

Her basic attack changes every fifth hit into an area attack that can strike up to five enemies. It also applies Blood Sigil which marks the target and slows movement.
Mina’s ultimate, Eternal Darkness, costs one thousand Rage. She transforms and deals piercing damage every two seconds. Targets also receive a Sigil and a brief immobilize.
Her Blood Resonance gives marked enemies extra physical damage taken.
Crimson Oath of Lady Mina lets her steal a part of the highest ally attack and boosts her damage against Sigil targets.
Her bonds with Dracula and Vlad improve her crit damage, steal and double her enhanced basic triggers.

Note that Lady Mina is the first Piercer Mage in the game. You pick her for her mix of control and high burst damage. She is also very strong when used together with Dracula.

Count Dracula

His talent removes his normal basics. Instead, he applies Soul Rot on the two allies with the highest attack. This drains their health each second and increases their damage. He gains Soul Siphon stacks from this effect, which raise his damage and Rage gain.
Count Dracula’s special attack triggers when allies with Rot are hit. This follow-up attack deals strong damage.
His ultimate, Mind Shackle, costs six hundred Rage. It absorbs Rot and deals repeated damage over fifteen seconds. It also adds anti-heal effects and extra health drain.
Dracula’s passives increase his damage against low-health foes and raise his penetration based on his Rot stacks.
His bond with Mina increases the range and damage of his ultimate.

Count Dracula works as a support damage dealer who drains allies in exchange for massive scaling power.

Dr. Van Helsing

Dr, Van Helsing is a marksman from Nightmare Council and Starpiercer. He can be summoned from the Bloodletter Invocation of Spirits banner. This banner lets you select a Legendary hero with an increased rate. There is no hard guarantee but the standard pity still applies.

And this is how his kit works:

His talent loads mythril bolts into his basic attacks. After twelve bolts he fires a special attack that deals extra damage and releases shrapnel. The shrapnel can explode and apply vulnerability.
The ultimate, Silver Guillotine of Dr. Van Helsing, costs one thousand Rage. It boosts penetration, triggers an instant special attack and raises the explosion chance for a long duration.
His Keen Insight triggers a large area attack on the farthest enemy after every special.
Flame and Fury lets Dr. Van Helsing execute very low health enemies and restore Rage on kills.

Dr. Van Helsing excels at clearing groups and can compete with top tier area marksmen. His bolt cycle allows you to shred large packs quickly.
