Agents Balance Changes
Due to the standout performance of the Tejo, Yoru, and Breach composition, a nd following the previous nerf to Yoru, Riot continues to refine Tejo’s kit in Patch 10.09, aiming to streamline his impact potential while ensuring he remains balanced across all levels of play.

1. Guided Salvo

Bug Fixes
In Patch 10.08, Riot fixed a visual bug with the Bolt skinline that caused the skins to glow more brightly than intended after equipping and inspecting the Bolt Flex.
After thorough photosensitivity testing, Riot determined the bug doesn’t pose a risk to photosensitive players. As a result, the fix was reverted, and the glow has been left in as a fun Easter egg.
Fixed an issue where Kill Banners for certain skins—Oni, Evori Dreamwings, EX.O, Prelude to Chaos, Mystbloom, and others—appeared smaller than normal after the first kill.
