Kitasan Black - Ideal Stats, Support Cards, Deck Build, and Parent
| Recommended Stats | |||||
| Career | 1200 | 700 | 900 | 350 | 600+ |
For Career, 1200 Speed remains the top priority to ensure consistent race wins and smooth progression. 700 Stamina is sufficient for most Career races, allowing Kitasan Black to maintain her lead without requiring heavy investment in recovery skills. 900+ Power is recommended to help with positioning, especially during corners and when contesting the front.
Around 350 Guts is enough to handle late-race pressure and minor duels, while 600+ Wit improves skill activation consistency and overall race stability. This stat distribution provides a balanced setup for Kitasan Black’s Front Runner playstyle, ensuring she can reliably secure and hold the lead throughout Career mode without overcommitting to high-end competitive thresholds.

Training Strategy
URA Finale / Unity Cup
Prioritize Speed training early to secure the lead as soon as possible, since Kitasan Black performs best when she stays in first place. Add Stamina training consistently to handle long-distance Career races where endurance becomes a key factor. Power should be trained moderately to maintain positioning during corners and prevent getting overtaken in the mid-race. Aim for around 600 Wit to ensure stable skill activation and smoother race performance.
Trackblazer
Kitasan Black can win early races reliably as a Front Runner, as her kit is designed to secure and maintain the lead from the start. Prioritizing Speed early helps stabilize her runs and ensures she stays within first place, which is required for her performance.
For race selection, G3 races are generally safe regardless of distance. G2 races can be taken on Long distances once your Stamina is sufficient, while G1 races are more consistent in Medium distance early on due to higher difficulty.
Since Trackblazer heavily rewards frequent racing, race bonus becomes very important, so prioritize support cards that provide additional race bonus to maximize stat gains. Because Kitasan Black cannot use her own Speed support card, make sure to compensate with other strong Speed options or borrowed supports.
She works best with a Speed-focused deck supported by Stamina cards, and may require additional recovery support for longer races. Time your training bursts during key turns like Summer Camp to maximize overall stat efficiency.
Should You Pull for Kitasan Black (Gilded Shrine to Glory)?
Pull if she is your favorite: Kitasan Black is one of the most popular Uma Musume and the main protagonist of Season 3, making her an easy pick for players who want to build around a favorite character despite her higher requirements.
Pull if you want a strong Long-distance Front Runner: She excels in long races with a kit fully focused on maintaining the lead, and her Unique Skill provides both speed and acceleration when activated in first or second place, making her a powerful option for long-distance races and Champion Meetings.
Skip if you lack support or flexibility: She cannot use her own Speed support card and lacks a built-in gold recovery skill, making her more demanding to build. Players with limited support options or those looking for easier, more flexible units may struggle to use her effectively.
