He already has Finesse+ and Quick Step+, but the evolution also gives him 5✰5✰. He even gets 92 Pace, 93 Shooting, 93 Passing, and 93 Dribbling, along with 87 Physicality. Just use these evos in order:
- Passing Pulse (Use it twice, back-to-back)
- Red Bull – Shooting

You’ll end up with a RW that also has silver Low Driven, Incisive, Tiki Taka, Technical, Rapid, Press Proven, Enforcer, and eve Aerial Fortress. He’s a bit clunky and less smooth compared to the other options. But, a decent counter to Bruiser with his high Physical and Enforcer. If you’re the type of player to not rely on dribbling too often, he’s a great option.
