All NIKKE 2026 new year pick ups
With the new year almost here, it’s only natural that NIKKE: Goddess of Victory players can expect at least one new Nikke to join the fray. This time around, the latest addition is Snow White: Heavy Arms, and the best way to get your hands on her is by buying Nikke gems.
Snow White: Heavy Arms
Snow White: Heavy Arms has the same personality as the original Snow White, with the sole exception that her memories have been restored. This SSR-rarity Nikke hails from the Goddess squad and is part of the Burst 3 category.
Using the Seven Dwarves I and II heavy arms for her standard attacks, this playable Nikke’s two skills are:
Seven Dwarves V + VI: A passive skill that locks on to a maximum of five targets with the Seven Dwarves, before loading the weapons with ammo and dealing damage to all enemies. Naturally, lock-on targets get dealt most of the damage.
Shades of White: Another passive skill that is activated at the start of battle. It lets Snow White: Heavy Arms fire charge shots faster than normal, while giving pierce, attack, and damage buffs to the Nikke once a full charge shot is ready.
Not to mention, this Nikke also has the Seven Dwarves Fully Active burst skill, which is triggered manually. It gives the character increased damage, lets her lock on to more enemies, and loads more shots to her weapon, ensuring that she can fire more before having to reload. The second skill is also greatly boosted with increased damage. The major downside is that charge shots take longer than normal, but most would agree that the tradeoff is worth it.
Rapi: Red Hood
Those who missed out on the popular Rapi: Red Hood will get another chance to get her in his new year special re-pickup. This SSR-tier Burst 3 character hailing from the Counter squad uses the Seven Dwarves Zero weapon for her basic attacks and also has two awesome skills.
Battlefield Assessment: Activating at the start of battle and at the end of a full burst, this skill’s effects are determined by the squad formation. If there’s no Burst I ally, then Rapi: Red Hood boosts her allies. If there is a Burst I ally, then she instead focuses on personal damage and part breaking.
Attachable Projectiles: Another passive skill that activates after enough normal attacks, which prompts Rapi to plant a sticky projectile on the enemy. After sticking, the projectile explodes, dealing serious damage during Full Burst.
Then, there’s the character’s Power of Inheritance burst skill. This active skill turns the character into a support when activated in the first burst stage, with cooldown reduction, increased explosion radius, and increased attack for allies. When used on the third burst skill, it deals massive damage to the enemy closest to the crosshair in a large single-target burst, while increasing explosion radius, projectile attachment damage, and making attachable projectile activation faster.
New Year special recruit
What most players will likely be most excited about is that the new year celebration also brings the New Year Guaranteed Recruit. This ensures that players can get one guaranteed pilgrim of their choice after 10 recruits. Of course, using the guaranteed recruit voucher is important.
