The February 2026 update for Monster Hunter: Wilds, otherwise referred to as Version 1.041, provides the last update to the base game. Most awaited monsters in monster hunters are Brachydios, Deviljho, Kushala Daora and Shagaru Magala. Some longtime players even speculate that like Monster Hunter: Wilds, Capcom could drop a new monster completely out of the blue in a surprise update before the expansion shafts launch.
We could very well be witnessing the new Title Update 5 as the right moment for this.
