You have to complete some recharge tasks to get tokens and try your luck at getting the skin. To unlock it, you need to hit a Terrinia Box with the Orb of Hope 3 times. You get the Orb from doing a 10x draw that costs 2100 diamonds, but if you're lucky and get the skin, you get a 50% discount. If you're really lucky and get bingo in 30 draws, it's only 5250 diamonds. Otherwise, it might take 40 draws. But the more recharge tasks you do during the event, the cheaper it gets!
