S-Tier
S-tier heroes are the best heroes in the game. They have a good balance of damage, survivability, and utility and you can use them very well in any game mode. You must try to upgrade these heroes first if you want to maximize your progression.
Katrina (Sheriff, Blood Rose)
Katrina is considered the strongest hero in the game. Using her skill “Explosive Bullet” she can deal a lot of damage to enemies. Her skill “All-out Assault” increases her damage, gives longer bonuses and adds supportive troops. Her “Exploration Genius” skill gives her some free fuel and extra Idle EXP as well. Using her skill “Potential Unleashed” her self-attack, defense and troop capacity can be increased further.

Upgrade Order for S-tier:
Katrina – Maximize her first for both damage and utility.
Sophia – Upgrade her second for consistent team damage and synergy.
Laura – Focus on her after Katrina and Sophia to round out your S-tier squad.
A-Tier
A-tier heroes are not quite as dominant as S-tier, but they still offer excellent performance in many situations.
Ava (Scholar, Blood Rose): Ava’s support and balance make her a valuable member of Blood Rose lineups. She is not as strong as S-tier heroes but she is still reliable.
Vivian (Lucky Dealer, Blood Rose): Vivian offers useful damage and utility and is one of the best heroes in A-tier. You can use her in Blood Rose formations along with Katrina or Sophia.
Miranda (Red Rose, Blood Rose): Miranda is another solid Blood Rose member and provides balance in squads that require more durability.
Isabella (Black Widow, Wings of Dawn): Isabella makes the Wings of Dawn squads more flexible and allows you to use shooter formations with decent survivability and utility.
Fiona (Firehawk, Wings of Dawn): Fiona is a consistent fighter who can contribute greatly to squad offense. You can use Fiona if you want shooter-oriented gameplay.
Christina (Enforcer, Wings of Dawn): Christina makes Wings of Dawn teams stronger and also keeps a balance between offense and defense.
Leah (Meteor, Guard of Order): Leah’s utility and durability make her one of the most versatile Guard of Order heroes.
Elizabeth (Ranger, Guard of Order): Elizabeth adds offensive firepower and works well in rider-based lineups.
Maria (Divine Wrath, Guard of Order): Maria is a reliable Guard of Order hero and you can use her in situations where you need survivability and good balance of offense and defense.
Upgrade Order for A-tier
Focus on Vivian or Ava if you want to build Blood Rose synergy.
Upgrade Isabella or Fiona next for Wings of Dawn formations.
Strengthen Leah, Elizabeth, or Maria if you prefer Guard of Order lineups.
Bring them to 4-stars or higher after finishing your main S-tier heroes.

Avoid using them as much as possible. Use them only in the early stages when you don’t have any other choice, but as soon as you level up a bit start upgrading and using higher-tier heroes.
