For Seele’s Relics, there are realistically only two choices: Scholar Lost in Erudition or Genius of Brilliant Stars.
If you have any DEF shred in your team or the enemy is Quantum weak then the Genius of Brilliant Stars is better (Also, if you have her E1 after her Novaflare buffs, Genius of Brilliant Stars is always the superior choice because of the additional DEF Ignore.), otherwise Scholar Lost in Erudition is a slightly better choice.
