New Banner
Honkai: Star Rail has officially announced the new character of 2.3 version. Honkai Star Rail's Firefly is a Destruction character that uses Fire as her combat type, and she belong to break through the special attack system, Firefly's banner is expected to start on June 18,2024 until July 10, 2024. The dates and times are speculations based on previous releases' 6-week schedule.
Basic ATK

Enhance Basic ATK

Restores a percentage of her HP limit, dealing fire damage to specified enemy units.
Skill
- Consumes a percentage of its HP limit, dealing fire damage to specified enemy units. If you run out of health, you spend up to 1.
- After the attack, if the target is in a weak point, it restores a certain amount of energy.
Enhance Skill
- Restores a percentage of your HP limit, dealing fire damage to a specified enemy and adjacent targets. After an attack, if at least one of the attacked targets is in a weak spot, it moves ahead and deals additional fire damage to all the attacked targets.
- All damage done by this skill is considered Ultimate.
Ultimate
- Remove yourself of all negative effects and enter the "primary burn" state, making your actions 100% faster. Gain enhanced skill.
- Summon the “Condensation Core” on the action bar. When the “Condensation Core” acts again, it exits the primary combustion state.
Talent
- In the Primary Burn state, speed is increased by a fixed amount and damage is increased based on a percentage of its (transferable) break effect. In addition, Basic ATK and Skill will be replaced with Enhanced basic ATK and Enhanced Battle Skill.
- Reduces damage taken based on a percentage of HP already lost, and increases this damage reduction by an additional set amount when in Primary Burn.
- When not in the primary combustion state, each time the current HP changes, the energy is restored based on the proportion of this change to the upper HP limit.
Bonus ability
- When she heals herself, the damage increases by a certain percentage for a certain turn.
- The probability of resisting negative effects increases by a certain percentage.
- In the primary burning state, gain a percentage of fire damage bonus.
Eidolons
E1: Cast Enhanced Battle Skill: Before dealing damage, add a fire weakness to the central unit target of this skill for a few turns. This effect ignores resistance.
E2: The duration of the effect is extended by 1 turn each time a gain is obtained.
E4: During Primary Burn, the action of Condensing Core can be delayed for each enemy defeated. This effect is triggered at most a certain number of times during a primary burn.
E6: During Primary Burn, at the end of each action, gain 1 layer of Flow Flame Drop, increasing Ultimate's damage to a maximum of layers. At the end of the Primary Burn state, remove all Flow Flame Drop effects.
