HSR 4.2 Release Date

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 4.0 is expected to be released on April 22, 2026 (UTC+8).

• Seafeld City

Designed as a bustling urban center, Seafeld City offers a bright, open-air environment filled with charm. Character Buffs and System Overhauls

Honkai: Star Rail version 4.2 introduces the third round of Novaflare character enhancements for Firefly, Huohuo, Seele, and Welt to improve their viability in endgame activities

Meta Buffs for Firefly, Huohuo, Seele, and Welt

• Firefly: Receives expanded Fire Weakness application to adjacent targets and a significant Super Break DMG increase from 35%/50% to 100%/150%; her Complete Combustion state also gains Break Effect scaling and extra turn mechanics.

• Huohuo: Gains improved healing values with a new 24% ATK boost for allies with 160+ max energy; her "Divine Provision" duration is extended, and she gains 100% SPD increase to all allies while the buff is active.

• Seele: Her Skill SPD buff extends from 2 to 3 turns, and her Talent duration triples from 1 to 3 turns; she also gains an auto-trigger Skill when enemies are below 50% HP and increased CRIT Rate/DEF ignore at lower enemy HP.

• Welt: Undergoes a complete trace overhaul with a new Slow application on his Ultimate and a 40% DEF reduction for enemies in the "Weightless" state; he also gains additional Imaginary DMG instances and RES shred.
