HSR 4.1 New Characters

  • Ashveil

Ashveil is a 5★ Lightning Hunt character whose kit revolves around marking one enemy as “Bait” to focus damage: his Skill applies Bait and deals Lightning damage, reduces all enemies’ DEF while Bait exists, and if the same target is already marked, it refunds a Skill Point. His Ultimate re-marks the enemy, hits hard, gives extra Charges, and triggers an enhanced follow-up that can spend a resource called Gluttony for even more damage. His Talent consumes Charges to automatically fire follow-up attacks on the Baited target when allies hit it, generating Gluttony, and his Technique can inflict Daze before combat and give him early Charge. While he’s on the field, allies’ follow-up damage and CRIT DMG are greatly increased, making him strong in teams that attack the same target frequently. Overall his playstyle is about keeping Bait on a priority enemy, triggering follow-ups with teammates, and amplifying team damage through DEF shred and buffs.

Final Thoughts

Even with its shortened schedule, Version 4.1 looks far from a filler patch. Ashveil’s debut combined with rumored reruns of Robin and Feixiao makes this a version worth preparing for. Keep an eye on official announcements for confirmation, and consider planning your pulls early — four weeks can pass quickly.
