Honkai: Star Rail officially announced the creation of the new character Yunli today, and it is almost certain that Yunli will enter Version 2.4 Event warp Phase 1.

She practiced swordsmanship and forging from Huaiyan since young, and thus is the second-youngest prodigy swordmaster of the Flamewheel Octet.
Fueled by an intense loathing for the cursed swords that emerged from the Zhuming, she vowed to "hunt down and wipe out all cursed swords."
Assumption
Yunli is the newest 5-star character that is revealed to be coming to Honkai: Star Rail. From her drip marketing, we now know that she will be a 5-star physical character who follows the path of Destruction.
As of right now, there is nothing much known about her kit, but leakers have told us that Yunli is apparently going to work as a mix between Blade and Clara, where she will have an HP drain mechanic and will focus on powerful AOE follow-up attacks.
However, the authenticity of the current Revelations remains to be investigated, and Yunli's actual strength and skill mechanism will have to wait until the official launch! I think every Trailblazer will be looking forward to it.
Yunli Release Date
Yunli is set to release in Honkai: Star Rail version 2.4. Currently, there is no official statement on whether she’ll be running in phase one or phase two of the version, but given how HoYoverse goes about their drip marketing announcements, we can safely speculate that Yunli will appear in phase one.
Phase one of version 2.4 will start right after the version’s release on July 30.
