Floor 12 Information for Version 6.1
| Duration | November 16, 2025 - December 16, 2025 |
| Blessing of the Abyssal Moon: Oathbound Moon | When the active character's Bond of Life value increases or decreases, a shockwave will be unleashed, dealing True DMG to nearby opponents. |
| Ley Line Disorder |
|
The current Abyssal Moon Blessing isn’t particularly impactful, though it does provide a small advantage for characters like Arlecchino or Clorinde. However, you shouldn’t feel obligated to run them just for a bit of extra damage — properly responding to the enemy mechanics is far more important for a stable clear.
For the Leyline Disorders, the first half heavily favors Dendro and Hydro characters, making Bloom and Lunar-Bloom teams the most efficient choices, even though Hyperbloom remains a viable alternative. The second half strongly benefits Pyro units, giving characters such as Arlecchino and Yoimiya a clear advantage, and running a Pyro DPS is generally recommended given the enemy lineup this cycle.

First Half
| Wave 1 |
Sternshield Crab×1 |
| Wave 2 |
Battle-Scarred Rock Crab×1 |
This half consists of a smaller Crab, which has a Pyro shield, and the local legend “Battle Scared Rock Crab”. Since the first wave has a pyro-shield, bringing Hydro is very recommended, as you will also need it for the second wave. The Battle Scared Rock Crab will spawn so called Stoneborne Seeds around the arena, which can be activated by Bloom related reactions (Bloom, Hyperbloom, Burgeon, Lunarbloom) to deal additional damage. Shortly after spawning, the Rock Crab will ascend into the air, gains a shield and plants multiple Storneborne Seeds all around the floor. To bring the Crab down as fast as possible, you will need to activate six of those seeds. This is the reason why it is really recommended to bring both Hydro and Dendro with you.
Tips: Try to eliminate the first wave as fast as possible, and make sure you have your cooldowns ready for the Rock crab. Also, Lauma is really good at triggering the Stoneborne Seeds, make sure you stand in the middle of the Seeds, have at least one Verdant Dew, and hold your skill, as it will trigger direct Lunarbloom to activate the Seeds.
Second half
| Wave 1 |
Surpression Special Mech - Pneuma ×1 |
| Wave 2 |
Construction Special Mech - Ousia ×1 |
| Wave 3 |
Icewind Suite: Nemesis of Coppelius × 1 |
The second half consists of three waves, the first two waves are just simple dps-checks that force you to deal as much damage as fast as you can, since they are there to waste your time. The third wave is the Coppelius boss; Make sure you bring Pyro with you to break his Cryo Shield fast, but keep an eye on Coppelia’s dangerous ranged attacks!
Tip: You aren’t forced to use Pyro to destroy Coppelius’ Cryo Shield. In fact, Fontanian characters with an Ousia alignment (Lynette, Navia, Sigewinne, Furina, Escoffier, Wriothesley, Clorinde, Chevreuse) are able to take it down for a short period of time using the Arkhe aka Fontaine alignment system.

First half
| Wave 1 |
Frostnight Herra ×1 |
The first half only consists of the Frostnight Herra, a new boss introduced in Luna I of Genshin Impact. It has an absorption phase where you need to fill out the absorption bar to remove its damage taken reduction. Lunar Teams are able to fill out the bar faster and will avoid the boss absorbing an element. Otherwise fill out the bar using fast application of elements but be careful of its mechanic, as it will absorb the element which dealt the most damage during that phase, gaining full resistance to that element and also permanent aura of that element. This can be a double-edged sword, as you can use this aura to trigger more elemental reactions if done wisely, but it will also stop you from dealing damage with that element.
Second half
| Wave 1 |
Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King ×1 |
The second half of the second chambers features the Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King. By bringing Pyro with you, you can take advantage of its mechanic and use Pyro attacks to ignite the Flamegranates, resulting in the boss taking a lot of additional damage.
Tip: Once again, Pyro is great to have but not a must, by using Anemo characters like Kazuha or Sucrose, you can actually use the pyro on the floor created by the boss to self-infuse your anemo skills with pyro, so you can actually ignite the Flamegranates without bringing Pyro.
Chamber three
Chamber Goal

| ★Remaining challenge time longer than 420 sec. |
First half
| Wave 1 |
Wilderness Exile ×1 |
| Wave 2 |
Wilderness Hunter ×1 |
This Chamber features two wild hunt enemies. Wild hunt enemies will enter an extra state after their original hp bar is depleted, called the Grief-Stricken state. Lunar-Teams or teams with atleast two Moonsign characters aka Nod Krai characters, can end that state even faster, otherwise try to bruteforce the enemies with as much damage as possible.
Second Half
| Wave 1 |
Secret Source Automaton: Hunter-Seeker×1 |
| Wave 2 |
![]() Cryo Primo Geo Vishap ×1 |
The last chamber will now consist of one “Secret Source Automaton: Hunter-Seeker”, a small enemy, which can’t be underestimated as it has quite a decent amount of HP. After defeating the first wave the “Primo Geovishap” will appear. It is recommended that you bring a shielder with you to counter its elemental shower attack, to inflict a lot of damage to the Vishap.
Floor 12 Recommended Teams
First Half
1. Lunarbloom Team
Since Chamber 1 requires the usage of Bloom-related reactions, as well as chamber 2 prefering the use of Lunar reactions, Nefer Lunarbloom teams perform the best, as they can fulfill both conditions.
| Lunarbloom Teams | |||
Nefer | Lauma | Nilou | Nahida |
Nefer | Nahida | Aino | Sucrose |
Nefer |
Collei | Aino |
Kuki |
Just make sure you have at least two Nod krai characters and both Hydro and Dendro for the bosses' mechanics.
2. Hyperbloom Team
| Hyperbloom Teams | |||
Tighnari |
Furina | Nahida |
Kuki |
Neuvillette |
Kuki | Nahida |
Fischl |
These teams will have an easy time against the Rock Crab but they will have some troubles with the second and third chamber. Generally you want the Herra to absorb Hydro to deal even more dendro cores to trigger Hyperbloom, the teams are very flexible, just bring Hydro, Dendro and Electro characters and build a standard Hyperbloom team.
Second Half
1. Pyro-Onfield Carry teams:
| Pyro-Onfield Carry Teams | |||

Chevreuse |

Mavuika |

Iansan |
Hu Tao |

Yelan |

Especially due to the Pyro normal attack buff, multiple Pyro characters shine very much during this abyss, but the enemies also encourage the use of the Pyro element. Having a shielder can be nice for the Geo Vishap but it isn’t an absolute must.
2. Pyro-Related teams with Off-field Pyro
| Other Pyro-Related Teams | |||
Kinich |
Emilie |

Clorinde |

These teams will still be able to deal with the enemies HP while having Pyro in your team to counter the enemies mechanics.

Conclusion
Genshin Impact Version 6.1 provided us with another challenging abyss with multiple difficult bosses. It requires clever teambuilding for both first and second half, requiring the use of Dendro and Hydro in the first half, while encouraging Pyro in the second half, which furthermore is recommended due to the Leyline Disorders buffing respective chambers. This guide provided specific team recommendations while giving an overview of the enemies and buffs for this abyss rotation.
