Ororon’s primary damage comes from his Passive Talent, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst. Since the Passive Talent is capped at Level 1 and cannot be upgraded, your focus should be on leveling up his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst. His Normal Attack is rarely used in combat, so you can skip leveling it to conserve materials. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100 / 125 / 150 / 175 / 200 and increases ATK by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% . Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.

Accept for Polar Star and Aqua Simulacra, other combat-focused 5-star Bows are also suitable for Ororon, for example, Hunter's Path, The First Great Magic, or Skyward Harp.
