Genshin 6.4 (Luna V) New Character
Varka — 5★ Anemo Claymore
Varka is a 5-star Anemo Claymore who mainly acts as a main DPS in combat. His Normal Attack wields dual claymores to perform up to 5 consecutive strikes. His Elemental Skill allows him to enter Stormward Charge, during which his Normal Attack DMG is increased. While in Stormward Charge, if there are Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo characters in the party, Varka’s Elemental Skill is converted into the special Elemental Skill Four Winds’ Ascension, dealing both Anemo DMG and the corresponding elemental DMG. Additionally, if there are at least two Anemo characters, or at least two characters of the same element among Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo in the party, Four Winds’ Ascension will deal increased damage. If both conditions are met at the same time, this damage bonus is further enhanced.

Weapon Effect (R1): Increase ATK SPD by 10%. Every time the equipping character's Normal Attack(s) hit opponent(s), when they cast their Elemental Skill, or when they begin their Charged Attack(s), gain 1/2/2 stacks of Four Winds' Hymn respectively: DMG dealt is increased by 7.5% for 4s. Max 4 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.01s. Additionally, when the party has the "Hexerei: Secret Rite" effect, each stack of Four Winds' Hymn also increases the equipping character's CRIT DMG by 7.5%.
