Genshin 6.3 (Luna IV) New Characters
Columbina – 5★ Hydro Catalyst
Columbina is a Hydro Catalyst user who primarily serves as a sub-DPS and Luna Reaction support. She can increase the Lunar Reaction DMG based on her Max HP. Besides, her Elemental Skill summons a Gravity Ripple that follows the active character and continuously deals AoE Hydro DMG to nearby enemies. Upon casting her Elemental Burst, Columbina creates a Lunar Domain, a special terrain that provides each reaction type additional effects tailored to its specific properties.
Zibai – 5★ Geo Sword
Zibai is a Geo Sword user who functions primarily as a Lunar-Crystallize DPS. After casting her Elemental Skill, she enters Lunar Phase Shift, during which her Normal and Charged Attacks deal Geo DMG that cannot be overridden by other infusions. In this state, she accumulates Phase Shift Radiance, which can be consumed to cast the enhanced Elemental Skill Spirit Steed’s Stride. If Zibai gains the Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam effect, every fourth Normal Attack in Lunar Phase Shift triggers an additional Geo hit equal to the original strike, counted as Lunar-Crystallize Reaction DMG. Her Elemental Burst activates the Three Grand Regalia, dealing two instances of Geo DMG, with the second instance also treated as Lunar-Crystallize Reaction DMG.
Illuga – 4★ Geo Polearm
Illuga is a Geo Polearm support character. Upon casting her Elemental Burst, he deals AoE Geo DMG and gains the Haunted Night's Oriole-Song effect. While this effect is active, Illuga obtains 21 stacks of Nightingale's Song. When nearby active characters deal Geo DMG through Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skills, or Elemental Bursts, one stack is consumed to increase the damage dealt. This bonus scales with Illuga’s Elemental Mastery. If the damage triggers a Lunar-Crystallize reaction, the damage increase becomes even stronger.

Ballad of the Crossroads: Max HP increases by 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18% . After triggering Lunar reactions or inflicting Lunar Reaction DMG, the equipping character will recover 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 Energy, and receive the Bountiful Sea's Sacred Wine effect for 12s: Max HP increases by an additional 14% / 16% / 18% / 20% / 22% , CRIT DMG from Lunar Reaction DMG increases by 60% / 80% / 100% / 120% / 140% . The Energy recovery effect can be triggered at most once every 18s, and can be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field.

Legacy of the Jade Kingdom: Increases DEF by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% . DMG inflicted by Lunar-Crystallize reactions increases by 64% / 80% / 96% / 112% / 128% for 5s after the equipping character uses an Elemental Skill.

Aubade of Morningstar and Moon
2P Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
4P When the equipping character is off-field, Lunar Reaction DMG is increased by 20%. When the party's Moonsign Level is at least Ascendant Gleam, Lunar Reaction DMG will be further increased by 40%. This effect will disappear after the equipping character is active for 3s.
Wherever a Breeze Blows
2P ATK +18%.
4P When a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, gain the Blessing of Pastoral Winds effect for 6s: ATK is increased by 25%. If the equipping character has completed Witch's Homework, Blessing of Pastoral Winds will be upgraded to Resolve of Pastoral Winds, which also increases the CRIT Rate of the equipping character. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field.
