Fischl Character Introduction
Fischl Gameplay
Fischl's gameplay centers around her Elemental Skill which summons Oz to the battlefield for 10 seconds (12 seconds at C6). Oz attacks nearby opponents with Freikugel, dealing single-target Electro damage with excellent tracking. The skill has a 25-second cooldown, creating 15 seconds of downtime, but this can be mitigated by alternating between her Skill and Burst to maintain near-permanent Oz uptime. Her Elemental Burst transforms Fischl into Oz briefly, dealing Electro damage to enemies she contacts before leaving Oz on the field.
Her most powerful mechanic comes from her A4 Passive which triggers whenever an active character causes an Electro-related Elemental Reaction while Oz is on-field. This passive deals additional Electro damage equal to 80% of Fischl's ATK with only a 0.5-second cooldown and no ICD (Internal Cooldown), making her an incredibly consistent Electro applicator. At C6, Oz performs coordinated attacks dealing 30% of Fischl's ATK as Electro damage whenever the active character attacks, further amplifying her off-field damage potential.
Her primary strengths include requiring minimal field time (quick swap in, summon Oz, swap out), functioning as an excellent Electro battery through consistent particle generation, providing continuous Electro application for enabling reactions like Electro-Charged, Aggravate, and Overload, and being easily accessible as a 4-star character who appears in both shop rotations and wish banners. She performs exceptionally well at C0, with C1 and C6 being her most impactful constellations.
However, she has some limitations. Oz targets only single enemies rather than multiple foes, making him less effective in heavy AoE scenarios. Her Elemental Burst lacks invincibility frames, leaving her vulnerable during the transformation animation. Physical DPS builds, while possible, significantly underperform compared to her off-field Electro capabilities. Her damage output, while consistent, can be surpassed by newer 5-star Electro characters in terms of ceiling.

Upcoming Hexerei Buffs (Version 6.2)
In the upcoming Version 6.2 update, Fischl will receive significant buffs through the Hexerei Resonance mechanic after completing Witch's Homework: Of the Unexpected. These buffs activate when paired with at least one other Hexerei character (Durin, Venti, Klee, Albedo, Mona, Sucrose, or Razor).
The core buff introduces powerful team-wide effects tied to Oz's presence on the battlefield. When Oz is on the field and nearby teammates trigger specific Electro reactions, the following buffs activate:
- Overload Buff: For 10 seconds after a nearby team character triggers an Overload reaction, Fischl and all other nearby team characters on the field gain a 22.5% Attack Damage increase. This buff makes Fischl particularly valuable in Overload-focused teams, especially those featuring Chevreuse who further amplifies Overload damage.
- Electro-Charged/Lunar-Charged Buff: For 10 seconds after a nearby team character triggers an Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reaction, Fischl and all other nearby team characters on the field gain 90 Elemental Mastery. This substantial EM boost significantly increases the damage of transformative reactions, making Fischl an even stronger enabler for Electro-Charged teams.
Her C6 constellation receives a dramatic enhancement in Version 6.2. In addition to its original coordinated attack effect, C6 now doubles both of these buff effects, granting 45% ATK for Overload teams or 180 Elemental Mastery for Electro-Charged teams. This transforms C6 Fischl from a strong personal damage upgrade into a premier team buffer.

Elemental Burst: Midnight Phantasmagoria
Summons Oz to spread his twin wings of twilight and defend Fischl.Has the following properties during the ability's duration:·Fischl takes on Oz's form, greatly increasing her Movement Speed.·Strikes nearby opponents with lightning, dealing Electro DMG to opponents she comes into contact with. Each opponent can only be struck once.·Once this ability's effects end, Oz will remain on the battlefield and attack his Prinzessin's foes. If Oz is already on the field, then this will reset the duration of his presence.

When Fischl hits Oz with a fully-charged Aimed Shot, Oz brings down Thundering Retribution, dealing AoE Electro DMG equal to 152.7% of the arrow's DMG.
2 Undone Be Thy Sinful Hex
If your current active character triggers an Electro-related Elemental Reaction when Oz is on the field, the opponent shall be stricken with Thundering Retribution, dealing Electro DMG equal to 80% of Fischl's ATK.

When dispatched on an expedition in Mondstadt, time consumed is reduced by 25%.
