She was also wearing black and white boots with high heels up to her ankles.

Elemental Skill:
When not in possession of bullets, gains bullets; when in possession of bullets, converts into a two-stage Elemental Skill to fire bullets. Clorinde gains bullets with fluctuations in health, acquiring up to 6 bullets, serving as the primary means of output.

Inflicts area-of-effect Electro damage, automatically fires all bullets, and continuously consumes health to gain bullets.
