Frostbite Finisher is one of the most exciting evolutions in FC 26 so far. That’s because this evo gives Low Driven+, which is easily the best attacking playstyle this year since those specific shots are just so broken, even after all these patches. Plus, it gives a pretty nice pace boost to turn some slow budget strikers into lethal meta players.
Keep in mind that this evolution is a bit on the pricey side, costing a whole 75k coins to use on your preferred player. That, combined with the potential cost of buying a great option that fits the evo, can be a bit much. But, if you’re ever too short on coins for paid evolutions like these, you can get FC 26 coins from LootBar to easily evo your players! Speaking of, here are the ones we recommend using the Frostbite Finisher evolution on.

Our Recommendations For Using The Frostbite Finisher Evolution in FC 26
Based on those stat upgrades above, and the players that fit them, here are the top three players we recommend using the Frostbite Finisher evolution on in FC 26:
86-Rated UCL Primetime Xavi Simons
Primetime Xavi Simons is the perfect fit for this evolution. But, despite it being the ideal evolution for strikers, you don’t want to use this upgraded 88-rated Simons at ST at all. Instead, with 88 Pace, 88 Shooting, 86 Passing, 89 Dribbling, 85 Physicality, and all those base dribbling as well as passing playstyles, he’s the perfect fit for CAM instead!
All these stats are so perfect for moving the ball to your attackers, and he has base Incisive, Inventive, Pinged Pass, and Tiki Taka to make sure he always delivers a good final ball. Low Driven+, base Finesse, and 88 shooting make him a lethal finisher too. As a Shadow Striker++ CAM, he plays so well on and off the ball going forward that after using Frostbite Finisher that it’s hard to choose anyone else for this evolution if you’re using a Prem team (unless you already have a good CAM).
83-Rated Gold Lois Openda
Openda’s gold card was such a beast at the beginning of the game, and now he’s back thanks to Frostbite Finisher. He already has 95 pace as well as both base Quick Step and Rapid on his gold card. After this evo chain, all that pace is accompanied by 88 Shooting, 81 Passing, 88 Dribbling, 88 Physicality, and Low Driven+. This evolution is amazing for Bundesliga teams looking for a striker. He’s absolutely rapid and lethal at the same time.
All you need to do to get this card is put Openda’s gold card through the Package Delivery evolution twice. Then use that upgraded card in Frostbite Finisher. At the end of it all, you’ll get this amazing card that has perfect stats for a striker and just never misses when he’s through on goal, which happens pretty often thanks to his pace.
86-Rated TOTW Hugo Ekitike
After his appearance in TOTW 14, we predicted that it was only a matter of time before 86-Rated TOTW Ekitike would go from a decent card to a great one thanks to an evo. And now that evo is here, since Frostbite Finisher gives him 89 Shooting and Dribbling, 88 Physicality, as well as Low Driven+ along with his base 89 pace. For a 6’3’’ striker, he’s silky smooth and so fast if you put a Hawk on him to activate Lengthy.
Base Enforcer feels amazing on this card because of his size. He bullies defenders most of the time if you hold L2/LT. His 86-Rated Ratings Reload card is a popular choice for this evo too, but we recommend the TOTW version because it has just 1 higher pace and dribbling, both of which are so important on a tall card like Ekitike that can feel sluggish in game. But if not him, you could choose so many other options that fit Frostbite Finisher too. Get any FC 26 players that fit the evo or improve your squad through LootBar for the best prices!
Conclusion
Simons and Openda are two of the best choices for Frostbite Finisher easily, and Ekitike is a great shout too if you like playing with quick, tall strikers. But, you can also evo so many other options too that could end up being just as good and a lot more unique. If you want to be able to use Frostbite Finisher without worrying about paying for it, just buy FC 26 coins off LootBar and upgrade your frontline ASAP!
