FC 25 Arsenal Rating Predictions

It's well and truly FC 25 season, with Deep Dives nearly over and Beta access starting this week. It's about time we began to take a look at some FC 25 Rating Predictions. We'll make our way through most of the biggest teams in the world (and Manchester United) over the next few weeks in the lead-up to 25. Today we start with Arsenal, who came ever so close to the Premier League title last season.

fc 25 predictions: arsenal

Goalkeepers

Aaron Ramsdale (84>82)

Aaron Ramsdale was tipped to be Arsenal's next goalkeeper for the next few years, but just two seasons after joining, he's been dropped to the bench. We can't see anything other than a downgrade after just 6 Premier League appearances last season.

David Raya (80>83)

The Spaniard came in as the competition for Ramsdale and has very quickly taken his number-one spot, and we assume he'll also take the higher rating in FC 25. We've gone for a +3 for Arsenal's Number 1.

Defenders

Ricardo Calafiori (71>77)

Arsenal's new CB signing is the definition of aura. Do his compilations include clips of him defending? No. But does he look good? Yes. Coming off the back of a brilliant season with Bologna, and one of Italy's best players at Euro 2024, we expect a minimum of a +6 for Calafiori.

Jakub Kiwior (74>78)

Just under 1,000 minutes in the tank for Kiwior last season, establishing himself as a very solid full-back. Just as it looked like he'd be working his way into the team as a starter, Arsenal went and signed Calafiori…

Takehiro Tomiyasu (78>78)

A solid season for Tomiyasu, but nothing stands out. We'll be keeping him at a 78 for now!

Jurrien Timber (79>79)

Unfortunately for Timber he'd injured his ACL in his first game for Arsenal. Nothing to base his 23/24 campaign on so we're keeping him as a 79.

Oleksandr Zinchenko (80>79)

Zinchenko has been a great player for Arsenal since joining, but towards the end of last season it looked at times that every player had improved in quality but he just wasn't at that level. A few costly mistakes gifted the title back to Manchester City so we've had to downgrade by 1.

Ben White (80>83)

It was another incredible season for Ben White, and he's very good at it for a man who doesn't care about football. 8 G+A from right back in 37 matches last season alongside a brilliant defensive record means it's a +3 for Ben.

Gabriel (84>86)

Arguably the better of the two Arsenal center-backs, but both come together to form one of the best partnerships in the Premier League. The entire defense only conceded 29 goals last season, a big upgrade coming for Gabriel in FC 25.

William Saliba (83>86)

We couldn't pick which of the two should be higher rated so we've settled on both at an 86. The defense was by far the main reason Arsenal came so close to the league title again, nothing (apart from Ollie Watkins) could break down the wall at the back.

Midfielders

Fabio Vieira (77>77)

11 matches for Fabio Vieira in the league last season, was a fairly average season so we've kept him at a 77.

Thomas Partey (85>83)

Partey was injured for a good part of the season, only starting 9 Premier League matches last year. He didn't impress too much in these select matches which is why we've demoted him to an 83.

Jorginho (83>83)

Again, Jorginho didn't feature too much last season but when he did, he was decent. No need for a change, we'll be keeping him at 83.

Declan Rice (85>87)

Rice, Rice Baby… Declan Rice is the second-best holding midfielder in the league and it's about time his rating represented that. A fantastic season for Arsenal and England means we're bumping him up to an 87 rated for FC 25.

Martin Ødegaard (87>88)

2023/24 was Arsenal's best season under Mikel Arteta, coming ever so close to winning the Premier League. Captain Ødegaard was at the center once again. 8 Goals and 10 Assists for the Norwegian, bringing in a very deserved +1.

Forwards

Reiss Nelson (74>76)

Nothing too crazy for Nelson in 23/24 but was a valuable squad player and turned up when needed. +2 for FC 25.

Leandro Trossard (81>83)

We could have gone higher for Trossard and wouldn't be surprised if he was an 84, but we played it safe here. 12 PL goals for the Belgian last campaign, expect to see a healthy upgrade next year!

Gabriel Jesus (84>84)

The striker who doesn't want to play as a striker. Only 17 starts for Gabby last season with 9 G+A to his name, a decent contribution but nothing special. We'll keep him at 84.

Kai Havertz (82>84)

It was Kai's first season at The Emirates and after a shaky spell at Chelsea, we wondered which Havertz we'd see at Arsenal. He looks to be finding his Leverkusen form again and has impressed everyone this season, with +2 incoming.

Gabriel Martinelli (84>85)

The stats might not back it up, but we were impressed with Martinelli last season. He only 6 goals to his name but an important part of Arsenal's title challenge.

Bukayo Saka (86>88)

A whopping 25 goal contributions in the league alone for Saka meaning we've opted for a +2 to an 88. Further impressive performances in the Euros solidified this rating for us!
