If you have spent any time in Hype Arena, you already know that picking the wrong character can cost you the whole round in Eggy Party. Some characters just feel stronger the moment you get into a fight, while others leave you wondering what you are even supposed to do.
We have put together this tier list after spending time with the full roster, and it covers who is actually worth picking and who you are better off skipping. Whether you are grinding ranked or just playing casually with friends, this should help you make a better call at the character select screen.
One quick thing before we get into it, if you want to unlock characters faster without the grind, an Eggy Party top up from LootBar is the quickest way to add coins to your account and grab what you need.
Tier Overview
Here is what each tier means in simple terms before we get into the actual rankings.
- S Tier: These are the best characters right now. Play them, and you will immediately feel the difference.
- A Tier: Strong picks that work well in most situations. Not as dominant as S Tier, but still very reliable.
- B Tier: Decent characters who need the right situation or teammate to shine. Not bad, just not the best options available.
- C Tier: The weakest picks at the moment. You can still win with them, but there are almost always better choices.

S Tier
Deviled Egg
Deviled Egg is the character to pick first in almost any situation. His entire skillset revolves around getting up close and personal and ruining somebody's day. Judo Throw is an ability that will grab any nearby enemy and throw them to the floor. There isn't much an enemy can do when they are grabbed. Cannon Punch adds a little bit of distance to the game and even has the added benefit of knocking back projectiles.
The reason he is S Tier is simple. He does not just deal damage; he controls the fight. When Deviled Egg grabs someone, his teammate gets a free window to pile on. That kind of setup value is hard to match with any other character on the roster right now.
Rosie
Right now, Rosie is the best DPS unit in the game. She begins reasonably well, but becomes more intimidating as time passes during battle due to her increasing attack speed. Rosie can also penetrate walls, making it impossible for her enemies to find cover.
She does have one real weakness. She needs a bit of time to get going, and if someone like Deviled Egg disrupts her early, her damage output takes a hit. But when she gets left alone to do her thing, she deletes enemies faster than almost anyone else in Eggy Party's roster.
A Tier
Rocky
Rocky is very stealthy and becomes invisible. He then strikes his opponents at the right time with a massive slam. The cool thing about Rocky is that when played correctly, he can be really tough to contend with because of the uncertainty of his location.
The problem is that experienced players start picking up on the tells after a while. Once your opponents get used to watching for invisibility cues, Rocky loses a lot of his edge. He is still a solid pick, just not as reliable as the S Tier options.
Bulu
Bulu is the ranged character of the group, and he does that job well. His Power Laser hits hard from a distance, and his Brainstorm ability drops a field that forces enemies to rethink where they are standing. A good Bulu player can completely control the pace of a fight just by threatening with his laser.
He struggles against aggressive close-range characters who can get in his face before he fires. If you want to push his Brainstorm further, players who buy Eggy Party Egg Coins and invest in stat cards can extend its duration and damage, making him considerably harder to ignore.
Dr. Zombie
Dr. Zombie is the latest addition to the list, and he does something which others don't do well enough. The skill to shoot venom, which is capable of inflicting harm on his foes, ranks among his top skills. He not only shoots venom to inflict harm but also possesses a spray called the First Aid Spray, which helps his team recover from their wounds. His ultimate skill allows him to summon two zombies for 15 seconds.
B Tier
Minty
Minty is a healer who attaches herself to a teammate and keeps them topped up while also protecting herself from incoming hits. In duo ranked, that kind of sustained healing can genuinely turn a close fight around.
The issue is that she brings almost nothing to a fight on her own. No real damage, no disruption. She is only as useful as her teammate is capable. Pair her with a strong DPS, and she is fine. Put her with someone who does not know what they are doing, and the round falls apart quickly.
Yeggy
Yeggy is the classic melee tank. High HP, a shield, and a rolling ultimate that knocks enemies around. He is straightforward to play and can take a beating, which makes him decent in team fights where someone needs to be at the front.
The trouble is that his normal attacks are slow and easy to jump over. Against the better characters in the game, he often feels like he is one step behind. He is not a bad choice, but the current meta does not really favor him.
FrankenTeddy
FrankenTeddy has a hook that pulls opponents into unsafe zones, which sounds better than it plays in practice. On the right map, it is genuinely dangerous. He really does nothing on an open battlefield, which is one of the reasons he sits at the lower end of B tier. Even though he has great tear ability, a mid-range attack, and self-healing built in that helps him regain HP faster.
C Tier
Teddy
Teddy buffs teammates with speed boosts, damage increases, and HP recovery. His Cozy Cuddle move can save a teammate in an emergency. None of that is useless, but it is also not enough to justify his spot over basically anyone else in the lineup. His buffs feel too passive for the pace of Hype Arena matches, where fights are short and decisive. Until he gets some kind of rework or buff, he sits at the bottom of the list.
Conclusion
Deviled Egg and Rosie are the clear best picks in Eggy Party right now and should be your first choices in most situations. Rocky, Bulu, and Dr. Zombie are all strong alternatives depending on how you like to play.
Minty, Yeggy, and FrankenTeddy can work in the right setup but need more from their teammates to be effective. Teddy is at the bottom for now and is hard to recommend over the rest of the roster. The meta will shift as new characters arrive and balance changes drop, so keep an eye on updates.
As the game continues to evolve with updates and new characters, staying flexible and adapting your picks will be key to maintaining an edge. If you're looking to unlock top-tier characters faster and stay competitive, LootBar make it easy to top up Eggy Party, helping you build a stronger roster and improve your overall gameplay experience.
