Before You Start
- The extraction timer after picking up the nest is only 1 minute. Don’t get too excited and drop the nest on the ground, then pick it up again to trigger inspection. Instead, open your inventory to inspect it directly. Watch the time carefully to avoid dropping the nest and losing it during extraction.
- Do not pick up teammates’ nests. Each player should carry their own nest. If you pick up someone else’s nest after extraction, you will only keep your own.
- Don’t drop the nest on the ground!

- The Golden Nest’s price is 2025926, representing the anniversary date.
- The nest has a Morse code engraving translating to: “THANKS FOR PLAYING OUR GAME.”
- These details show the developers’ care and add to the Easter egg’s mystery.
How to Unlock the Easter Egg Door
Collect 8 Secret Protocol Crates
The boxes are scattered across maps as follows:

- Space City and Tide Prison Crates are harder to get. It’s best if three players each carry one and store them in the safe to avoid losing them if ambushed.
- Use the Crate code letters to identify which box belongs to which map and avoid confusion.
Open the Golden Egg Door
- The door is located under the waterfall at the southeast storage station in Layali Grove.
- Both normal and classified modes can open it, but classified is recommended despite higher competition.
- Recommended operators: Shepherd, Raptor, Luna.
- If your spawn point is far from the waterfall, use your Raptor's or Luna's gadgets to avoid ambushes. If attacked by aggressive teams, retreat and try again next match.
Place Protocol Crates to Unlock
- After entering the cave under the waterfall, scout for safety.
- Shepherd should cover the rear and place two sonic traps at the cave entrance.
- Inside the cave, don’t rush to place boxes—put Tidal Prison and Aerospace boxes last.
- Look for 8 triangle dagger-insert marks on crates and rocks. Stand on each and drop the corresponding protocol Crate.
- If you can pick up a dropped box again, it means it’s in the wrong spot.
- The correct placement order from left to right at the cave entrance is: T (Tide Prison), L (Layali Grove), S (Space City), S (Space City), B (Brakkesh), B (Brakkesh), D (Zero Dam), D (Zero Dam).
- Once placed correctly, boxes cannot be picked up for a short time. If placed wrongly, wait 2–3 minutes for Crates to unlock, then retrieve and try again.
Enter the Golden Egg Scene and Claim the Golden Nest
- After all 8 Crates are placed correctly, open the door to the Golden Egg scene.
- Each player enters individually and proceeds forward.
- Pick up the Golden Nest and start the 1-minute extraction timer. Remember: do NOT drop the nest!
