Clash of Clans is easily one of the most popular mobile games, especially if you’re specifically talking about games of the base-building genre. With well over 100 million players since the game initially launched in 2012, the game has seen much change, whether through new Town Halls or new seasons. The latest season is the “Action Heroes” season which kicked off on March 1. Considering the season is slated to run till April 1, players may want to know whether there are any leaks or speculations regarding what they can expect.
Clash of Clans Action Heroes season & gold pass rewards
This Clash of Clans season’s update brought a fresh wave of hero skins, rewards, and a pass packed with perks. The Gold Pass is your ticket to acquiring the season’s star Combat Barbarian skin and several game-changing rewards. Since regional pricing is a thing in Clash of Clans, your location determines how much the Gold Pass costs, though it should cost the same as the pass from prior seasons.
With 1-gem donations, you can instantly support your clan, while 20% boosts on training, research, and building let you upgrade troops, spells, and structures faster. You also get exclusive books, runes, and potions to max out heroes and buildings without waiting. Additionally, Wall Rings and Capital Gold offer valuable resources for upgrades. Naturally, despite the 1-gem requirement, you can quickly find yourself out of gems. Thanks to this, visiting LootBar to grab some extra gems may be the best course of action.
If you are not looking into picking up the Gold Pass, you will still get 3 million Gold, 3 million Elixir, 30 thousand Dark Elixir, a Book of Heroes, and Power Potions. All of these resources will automatically be sent to your storages when the season ends. However, grabbing the Gold Pass is likely the better option considering how many goodies you can get through it.
Clash of Clans Action Heroes season weekly breakdown
With only over a week until the season ends on March 31, let's recap what has already happened and what is still to come.
Week 1-3 recap: challenges, rewards, & sneak peeks
The season kicked off in March with the Minion General’s Rampage challenge, offering loot and potions as rewards. Clan War Leagues also started simultaneously and ran until March 11, giving clans plenty of time to climb the ranks.
Week 2 followed the CWL with the Mini Medal Event, a shorter but rewarding experience. It lets players earn Hero Equipment, including a new piece for the Minion Prince, and trade medals for magic items at the Trader’s shop.
The third week was about community hype, as top Clash content creators released sneak peeks of upcoming updates. Although most details were hidden, players still got an early look at balances, game improvements, and new features.
Week 4 & 5: wrapping up March with big rewards
We are currently in the final stretch with the Clan Games being live. This event will run until April 1 and is the perfect time to team up with your clan to complete tasks and earn tiered rewards. Some of the best prizes include Books of Building and Hero Runes. If you have not started, focus on high-point tasks for most rewards before time runs out.
The final week starts on March 29, wrapping the season up with a 4x Star Bonus event. That will be the best time to farm for resources, so if you are saving up for troop upgrades or hero improvements, this is your chance to gain as much loot as possible before the season ends. It may be a good idea to stack your Star Bonus leading up the the event to ensure you can make the most of it.

Clash of Clans mid-Action Heroes season changes
We also have some exciting leaks and sneak peeks for upcoming content you can expect after the current Clash of Clans Action Heroes season. One major reveal is Sneezy, a brand new Hero Pet available at Town Hall 17. She is a flying companion who sneezes out Boogers, chunky air units that go straight for buildings. Sneezy sticks close to her hero but becomes aggressive when they fall, a little like Baby Dragons do when they’re alone. With a single-target attack focused on defenses, solid DPS scaling, and fast movement speed, Sneezy could be a game changer.
Several troops, pets, and spells are getting buffs. Yeti (Lv 7), Golem (Lv 14), and Ice Golem (Lv 9) all get more HP and durability for tankier attacks. Hog Rider (Lv 14) gets increased damage and health for stronger rushes. Unicorn (Lv 11-15) will provide better healing support, and Bat Spell (Lv 7) is buffed for more damage.
Town Hall 17 has a tougher defense with Monolith (Level 4), Inferno Tower (Level 11), and Builder’s Hut (Level 7). Army Camp (Lv 13), Dark Barracks (Lv 12), and Pet House (Lv 11) will provide more army space and pet upgrades, while +75 wall upgrades (Lv 18) will make defenses harder to break through. Naturally, these extra wall upgrades will come with hefty costs, so it may be a good idea to buy CoC gems in advance to prepare.
Some new achievements include rewards for destroying the Multi-Archer Tower, Ricochet Cannon, Firespitter, and Multi-Gear Tower. These will provide gems, XP, and progress points, as most existing achievements already do. Arguably the most important thing is that training time is slated to be removed entirely, letting you perform attacks without any downtime. This significantly deviates from the existing gameplay loop that has high-level players waiting around an hour for their complete army to fiQnish training without any boosts.
Conclusion
All in all, this is an excellent time to be a Clash of Clans player. From amazing action-packed seasons that give you the potential to earn multiple in-game rewards to leaks and sneak peeks of what you can expect from future updates, the game doesn’t have any lack of content. Pair that with the fact that LootBar ensures you have a steady way of getting gems and you can consider yourself set.
