Alli's Mechanic
Alli is a fast-moving assassin brawler with a terrifying twist: she becomes enraged when an enemy near her is below full health, gaining increased movement speed and revealing hidden enemies. She has 7,800 HP at max level (down from 8,000 after a nerf) and a main attack that allows her to dash forward and swipe enemies, dealing 2,600 damage.
When she's in bushes or water, she leaps instead of dashing, giving her an edge in mobility and surprise attacks — similar to how Edgar jumps. Her movement speed is naturally high, making her a deadly hit-and-run threat.
Her super is called Stalker. It gives Alli stealth (pulsing invisibility) and reveals all enemies to her for a few seconds. Her next attack during this stealth deals extra damage depending on the enemy's current HP — the more health they have, the more damage she does.
Alli's Star Powers
She has two powerful star powers that enhance her assassin playstyle:
Lizard Limbs
When enraged, Alli regenerates HP faster while out of combat. This is great if you’re constantly diving into fights and need a fast way to recover in between.
You Better Run, You Better Take Cover
This one buffs her enrage state by giving her 25% faster reload speed. That means more attacks in less time while enraged. It used to be 40%, but it got nerfed — and even at 25%, it’s still amazing.
Recommended: You Better Run, You Better Take Cover is better if you’re playing aggressively and want to spam attacks. If you're playing hit-and-run, Lizard Limbs might be better.

Alli's Gadgets
She also has two interesting gadgets that make her even more versatile:
Feed the Gators
Her next main attack heals her for 100% of the damage dealt. If you hit for 2,600, you get 2,600 HP back. Simple and strong for sustainability.
Cold-Blooded
Alli becomes enraged for 4 seconds, even if enemies aren’t below 50% HP — as long as they’re visible. This gadget is perfect for forcing an engage or surprising enemies in the bushes.
Recommended: Cold-Blooded is usually better in aggressive builds because it guarantees that you can trigger her enraged mode even when enemies are full HP.
Alli's Gears
Now let’s talk about gears. Picking the right combination is important for maximizing her assassin potential.
Damage Gear
When Alli is below 50% HP, she deals 15% extra damage. This synergizes perfectly with her high-risk, high-reward playstyle.
Shield Gear
Gives her 900 extra HP, which helps her survive longer in close-range fights, especially since her base HP got nerfed.
Recommended Build:
- Gear 1: Damage
- Gear 2: Shield
You could also swap Shield for Speed Gear on bushy maps, but Damage is a must-have.
Which Brawl Stars Modes Is Alli the Best For?
Surprisingly, Alli is good in almost every game mode. However, some modes suit her far better than others. Below is a breakdown of where she truly shines, and where she's just decent.
Best Game Modes for Alli
Brawl Ball
Probably her best mode. The movement speed, invisibility, and leaping attack make it easy to sneak goals and shut down enemies. Her super can help break through defenses, and her build works perfectly here.
Gem Grab
She’s great at harassing enemies and controlling the map. Just don’t be the gem carrier — leave that to someone tankier or ranged.
Bounty
She shines on bushy maps like Hideout. Use her bush leap to ambush enemies and her super to track hidden snipers. Just be careful on open maps like No Excuses.
Hot Zone
Shockingly strong here too. Bushy maps like Fishing Bed allow her to jump on enemies, force them off the zone, or even camp and ambush. Her super is also great for contesting zones while invisible.
Decent but Situational Modes
Solo Showdown
Surprisingly solid. If the map has water or bushes, she becomes a nightmare to deal with. Use Cold-Blooded to engage early fights and the Damage Gear to dominate in late game.
Heist
She’s a decent pick, especially on maps like Bridge Too Far. Her super helps sneak past defenses and her damage per hit (2,600) melts the safe.
Knockout
Very situational, but good on the right maps. Try Call of the Water, which has lots of bushes. You can use the invisibility and enrage mechanic to clutch out rounds.
Conclusion
All in all, Alli is a fantastic and fun assassin brawler with a steep learning curve — but the payoff is absolutely worth it. Her unique movement, enrage mechanic, and jumping attack make her stand out from other assassins like Mortis or Edgar.
If you’re looking to unlock Alli and dominate the battlefield, be sure to use the Cold-Blooded gadget, the You Better Run Star Power, and equip the Damage and Shield gears for optimal performance.
