The Best Cards From Unbreakables in FC 26
Nemanja Vidic – An Absolute Beast in Defence
Vidic is easily the best card from this promo, and arguably the best CB in the entire game. And it’s fitting, because during his career, he was the definition of “Unbreakable”, giving blood and sweat for Manchester United during their most successful times. Vidic is a no-nonsense CB with 82 pace, 91 defending, 90 physicality, and every single defensive playstyle in the game, along with Intercept+ which is so good this year.
He’s a nightmare to attack against because he’s always in the right place off the ball. If he doesn’t manage to intercept a pass, he almost certainly will manage to tackle the ball off your opponents anyway. He’s a bully in-game and the 1.4m price tag is honestly a good deal for a defender this good. He’s easily top-tier and arguably just as good as Thunderstruck Maldini, who’s more than twice the price.
Mohamed Salah – One of The Best Wingers in The Game
Salah’s been through hardships in his career many times, and is even currently going through one now after troubles with current manager Arne Slot. But he always comes back from them stronger and has been Liverpool’s main man for years now. Everyone knows how good he is in real life, and FC players know just how good he is in-game.
This card may not have his signature Finesse+, but it does have Low Driver+ which is arguably even better this year because of how broken it is. Salah is pretty fast (especially with a Hunter) thanks to 90 pace. No speed-related playstyles do hurt him a bit, but his card has amazing stats and base playstyles otherwise which explains the price. He’s got 90 shooting, 88 passing, and a whopping 92 dribbling. He’s the perfect Inside Forward on that right-hand side and that’s exactly why he costs 1.7m.
Javier Zanetti – A Great RB and Surprisingly Good CM
Zanetti has always been one of the top RBs in the game despite his low pace. With Fullback++, he’s always in a good position to not get out-paced. But this card especially is really good there with 88 pace and 88 defending. The biggest surprise though is that this card isn’t best suited for that position. Unbreakables Zanetti is surprisingly one of the best CMs in the game.
Thanks to Tiki Taka+, surprisingly good passing and dribbling, and his already great defending, he’s a really good box-to-box. His shooting lets him down but if you use him as a creator instead of a scorer, Zanetti is amazing in the CM position. He has base Intercept to help him with off-the-ball movement and the whole card is just perfect for defending in midfield. Well worth checking out if you need a CM, and he’s surprisingly affordable with a 450k price tag.
Alan Shearer – A Legend Finally Getting A Worthy Card
Shearer is sadly always considered a “fodder” icon, but Unbreakables has given him a card worthy of the all-time Premier League top scorer. He amazing shooting (92), decent pace (88 with base Quick Step), dribbling (85 with base Technical), and great physicality for a striker (87 with base Enforcer). He also has base Incisive which really helps his 78 passing feel way better than it actually is.
His shooting is already cracked, and Low Driven+ make it even more busted. The Playstyles, Playstyle+, base stats; everything about this card is really good and he’s such a perfect poacher in-game. For around 390k, he’s a really good mid-budget striker that can help anyone score goals much more easily, even if they aren’t the best at finishing with other players.
